What I wanna know is how the type of people who 'will shame you, or look down on you, for not having an iphone' will do if you carry around both an iphone and an Android. And tell them that I use or have both.

People like old you are extremely common, and it’s so sad. I thought iOS were supposed to be the elitists that hate and exclude android, but it’s exactly the opposite. Android users constantly refer to iPhone as if it’s from the 19th century, and call us iPhone users sheep. My entire experience with android is that you guys have become what you swore to destroy. Be better, understand that people have preferences, and every phone is fine.

I disagree. While both sides have the elitist fanboys that drive everyone insane I still haven't come across as many Android fanboys who mindlessy argue that their phone/brand/OS is the pinnacle of all technology. Honestly, even as an Android user, I still can't stand it when I come across the fanboys on the internet no matter what OS they use. Objectively speaking, Android is technologically superior to iOS due to iOS being very locked down by Apple, which is why I will most likely never use an iPhone as my daily driver unless I had no other choice. But some people simply don't care and just want to use their phone without thinking about it. And that's perfectly fine. I just don't want them telling me that somehow my phone is trash because it's an Android phone, and likewise I don't want to see Android users tell iPhone owners that they're dumb or something because they own an iPhone. The fanboyism (or whatever you want to call it) is nothing more than immaturity.

In feel this way too (I’m 14 and I use a Pixel) but I have started to realize that I want my phone to work and not break. I used a custom rom s3 with no service for some time (with a new iPad though) and, although I grew to love Android, I didn’t want to deal with it anymore… green text bullying adds to this too

Agree, especially with vendor and carrier bloatware, locked boot loader, it’s worse than iPhone by default. I also used to be iPhone hater but I change my mind and use iPhone since 7. Now I would recommend to avoid anything that isn’t Pixel from carrier, especially Galaxy. Pixel is fine, I still have and love to this day.

I have a charger for my realme GT NEO 5 of 160w. I also flashed my phone to the GT3 EU version. The phone has 5000mah battery it takes about 12-13 minutes for 0-100% charge. Edit: the charger comes with the phone you also get a case with the phone & protection film over the screen out off the box. With Apple you get an empty small box with just the fragile phone.

I feel like I can relate to this with Linux, when I tried my first distros I was excited and I was a little bit obseced 1 year ago, and now I am an windows hater. I use fedora 39 its easier to use than windows 10 or 11 you can customize every.

8:30 choice between the 2 options come down to price etc What about the ability to download an apk (or its equivalent) off a website run it without the OS manufacturer's approval? iPhone can't run the Mihon manga app for example, and no equivalent app is available in their App Store.

What he told about story of Phone's journey, is just like me 😅. Back then, I used Feature phone, which my Grandma and my Parents used at that time. That was such a Great memories. There's a lot to mention here, but one of the most memorable, was playing games on it I started using Android since 2014. Started from tablet, then Smartphone until today. About iPhone, I'm not hater, rather I was just mesmerized with someone who used it😅. I'm not lie, I have ever holding that, like when they asked me to take pictures 😅 As I used to be With Android even Feature phones like Nokia, I was kinda awkward or thinking it's difficult with iPhone. Yeah I know if iPhone's software has different approach. But then I just felt familiar, cause newer Android (without I realise) has some similar gestures on newer iPhone started from iPhone X (newer Android I mean, maybe started version "9" 🥧)

How boring an iPhone is it's a chick phone for Whatsapp & social apps. Android has way more apps to offer & way more phones to choose from. I prefer open source based operating system for my phone. I didn't hear how much you "love" the iTunes application 😂. You know when I go to buy a Mercedes I like to choose the color & options I like to equip my buid with. Apple is like Toyota not much options to choose when buying their models. Yes Toyotas I like but my life is too short to drive boriby super reliable cars. I prefer to have a harder task & better knowledge to keep running fun driving V8 Bi-Turbo Mercedes. iPhone like the Toyota Auris IDK even how to spell that model because boring cars are off no interest to me.

Most expensive worthless piece of brick u dont need this high powered chip for anything i use phone only for chess some note taking photos and chats and phone call i got nothing phone 2 and suffice to say mid range phones are enough for 99 percent of users and im not an american so no blue bubble problems also i am a life long linux users so no ecosystme features will work with my linux and the wired file transfer does not works too thats why i like openess of android still iphone is good for the people who are inside the walled garden and who have very high money to spend on phones not for me and for those who will comment and say you have to use iphone to see its usefullness my cousins have it and i havent seen a iphone user do things that an android user cant do

I agree with most things, except the openness of Android. That's true that you can customise it more, but Google still controls your device. Controls by device indirectly via its manufacturer and directly collects and sells your data. So unless you have GrapheneOS or similar, you don't have an open Android system.

@@SPFboy86it's more open because you have the option to unlock the bootloader and install GrapheneOS or Root your device. Unlocking the bootloader is officially supported. You don't even have the option with apple products. Also sideloading

You can transfer data with a iphone to linux. It comes done to the linux distribution that you use. I use Zorin OS based on ubuntu

The only thing I don't like is the attitude a lot of Apple users have, iPhones are great but I prefer Android but why do I need to constantly feel like I'm broke or I'm weird for not using an iPhone? Particularly bad in North America. If you respect my choice to use whatever I wanna use I'll respect yours. That's it
