How I live my current life… Here’s what happened after quitting my $250,000/yr job: 🏡$20,000/month in passive income from rentals There’s NOTHING better than having income you don’t have to actively work on. $20,000 is more than enough to take it easy and focus on your passion. ⏰Time & space freedom One of the perks of being a successful businessman is… I have FULL CONTROL over my schedule & get to do whatever I want. Plus, I spend more time with my wife and son. 💸Became a millionaire by 28 In business, the amount of $ you make isn’t capped by someone else. So you get to experience money you’ve never made before. It truly makes you more happy (even if people say money doesn’t buy happiness). PS. Sharing advice to the people who comment ;)

What you say is always what’s easy what’s hard? I feel like all the red tape, paperwork(I.e. what forms you need, reading contract terms…) would be the biggest hinderance to financial growth. Yes/no?

My Uncle works in sales but he’s treated amazingly. Although the stress with that type of job is still there he has enough time to do what he wants with his wife and kids and has thousands of dollars to spend freely on himself, his wife, and kids. It all really depends on where you work.

I left sales to go into the medical field. Once the person I was dating asked me if I was ready for work tomorrow (on Sunday) and I just started bawling infront of him lol he was probably like wtf cause he hardly knew me. That’s when I knew I had to change my life. A lot of people don’t get it.

That’s what I’m doing, I’m scaling back and betting on myself so I have more time to do what I want. Too many people hate their job and get caught up in the money. Life is short go do what you want and be happy

Hello, did you already find a gig? If yes, that is great; if no, well, I am in a sales training incubator; they provide training, and after you complete it, you will get placed in a high-paying sales job. Do you want in?

So I’m a 19 year old with an eye disease so I have poor eyesight. This makes having an actual job really hard since driving just isn’t an option and there are some tasks I physically can’t do at a standard certain companies would like. I would love to get started in real estate but I have clue how. I would love to learn though.

What isn’t put into factor. Is that you stayed at that job earning significantly more than others & were able to save & invest those savings much faster. Yeah you quit your job but you make 5x the average American salary of 40 - 45k a year
