After my last rejection i also asked for specifically why i got rejected etc. I GOT NO RESPONSE ON THE EMAIL. And then livechat took 4 days till anyone responded. The ng staff requirements are a joke

your decision is understandable and completely normal. it's part of life to try something new and eventually get bored of it. it's upsetting, but there's so many other things to do in the world too. my brother and i still come back to this game and often play it, it just brings back so many beautiful memories with friends but even so life takes away that fun from you. but if you look closely, it's really not a bad thing since those memories will stay with you and so will the people even if the fun is gone and eventually, you'll find something else fun to do! :) I haven't really gotten bored of this game yet but even if i do, its okay, because i'll find something else and so will you! :D

Hello Chr7st! I've been playing this server for over 3 years and I understand how you feel like right now. I've quit nethergames so many times because I got tired of it. Now every time I click the "join server" button it hurts me. It hurts how all my friends and good people I knew are all quitting. Like you said maybe NetherGames in 2 years will be trying to overcome hive. I wish you luck on your texture pack making! We will all miss you and I'm excited for your new content.

Im feeling you dude... Im playing almost 4 years of mcpe ecpeally Cubecraft now im on the timeline where im doing my content to see if it can bring me something in the Future, im also starting to feel betrayed by the toxic community. I wish i could make better content, i would like to start doing voiceovers to my videos but im not that good at speaking english as a non fluent speaker. Hi chr7st if u remember me or not, i used to play ng i grinded the server everyday when the pandemic but as time goes on it started to bored me the lag etc. i started to regret not spending my time w/ my friends or doing other stuff and so i quit nether games almost a year ago it was really sad but i have to move on. Socialize w/ friends or going outside. but yea nethergames was a big part of my life before and i have great memories with it :)

Yeah, during covid year I played waaaay too much minecraft. It basically led me to not doing that well my freshman year. I haven’t played much in the last 2 years but Im slowly enjoying it again for the friendly competition and not just grinding.

Hallo Chr7st, Cooles Video! Ich frag mich oft wie ihr eure Videos so gut gecuttet bekommt aber egal. Wenn ich es richtig interpretiert habe was dein Problem ist mit Nethergames ist geht es mir genauso. Aber ich hatte damals dann eine relativ lange Pause gemacht und dann hat das Game wieder Spaß gemacht. Ich würde mich freuen wenn du irgendwann vielleicht wieder zurückkommst weil ich noch nie die Ehre hatte gegen dich zu spielen. Vielen Dank für deine coolen Videos und deine Texturepacks. 🙏

I’ve also started to regret my life choices of being on minecraft for like 5 hours a day, because it’s just really hard to keep up. It used to be that I wouldn’t do any homework because I was outside, playing with my friends all day, but now it’s that I’m online all the time. I’ve gotten better though.

You made the right decision, NG has fallen off since it’s prime. Everything is just a continuous repeated process when playing a bedwars game or duels. Servers like Hive with their own creative game modes are actually competitive and fun to play. I think what kept most of the NG comp was when RBW existed, it was the most competitive and fun played game mode back then. And yeah you can spend more time focusing on yourself instead of staring a screen playing a block game 24/7. I see you in the right path, I wish the best for your future :)

This video was great as usual. I actually started playing NG like in 2020 mainly. Good old maps, rare hackers, not that much competition among the community and yes not that much toxicity. Due to the pandemic, NG gained a lot of frequent players but as the time changes, people are now busy with their school or whatever irl work. This really decreased the player count of NG. During the pandemic session, it would be better if NG would have improved their infrastructure like lag and better anti cheat but they couldn't. Also, NG is more like a copy of Hypixel, and why would people play a "copy" when they can play the original Hypixel or servers like Hive? I know the staff and Dev's are working hard but they couldn't build the platform well enough so that people would choose a "copy" over a original or like invest their enough time playing on the server. I, myself used to grind like 11 hours everyday in my summer vacation. I would still play NG if I'm bored from irl but there is nothing new in the matches of Bedwars or Skywars. So people got bored of that too. I hope you really had a great time with NG and good luck with your next steps! 👍🏻

Thanks for the awesome comment! I agree with ng fixing their issues too late, it's not the pandemic anymore and they are behind now. But I don't think it would have been better if they tried to become more original, I think pretty much everybody played because they wanted to get a hypixel experience, or something similar.

I have applied for trainee for many times but they always decline me for my grammar be cuz sometime I'm doing tense mistakes etc .... But many player like are Indian who can understand language like Hindi then I can help them in Hindi , Ng should get staff who can tell Hindi also and help others

I went from grinding about 8 hours a day on NetherGames to getting grounded to quitting and now grinding zeqa. The main reason for me is that NG had lost most of its good player base and there were so many newer players who were insanely toxic bc they were on a leaderboard with only one of the players remaining actually active on the server. Another reason is that the main thing I ever did on NG was RBW in various servers, but once I couldn’t do that anymore (most of the players from there quitting or taking a break), NG really just became a boring server hub basically with the occasional server regions being down, due to lack of players from the region. It’s only very says how NG has ended up after some of the better years of the server being up but it can’t really be helped unless they make some very important changes. I will say after a long break from NG I definitely feel better but a very long break from Mc I had was also good for me, because I was so invested and couldn’t really think about anything else.

7:10 - Dunno why but that just made me rlly sad :( I mean the nons won't understand like 70% of the video and would want you to come back and that's really it. You were like the tradermark of old ng though and I think it was all good. I hope can see where I came from when I deleted my last channel. It wasn't being an hormonal teenager. It was my last ditch effort to break my addiction of NetherGames. And I would say it worked, I'm finding much more time now to do things that I enjoy or actually benefit from. Best of luck with your future sir o7

I used to play NG so much it actually affected me without me realising. Every chance i got to play i used it. Now thinking about it, it looked really unhealthy to play that much. I've enjoyed playing NetherGames, I've found lots if amazing people while playing it. However, for the past half year, I have never really played any ng gamemode for more than an hour. Just grinding bedwars... it's honestly tedious. Instead, I've moved to other things I enjoy. Building, creating models, and even a bit of pack making. On the staff side, we've actually (yes) been working hard. Just not in a way that the community might think. Unless you're an admin, you don't really have too much say in the future of NetherGames. We just do the tasks assigned to us over and over again. This is what I mean by hard work, it's not game changing, but it's essential to keep the server running. Your video is very thoughtful though. All the staff members are now aware of this video, and were strongly urged to watch it. We have also hired new developers which are working on highly requested things such as the anticheat (instead if just larry). Game Designers often look though feedback (even if it doesn't look like it) but we just didn't have enough development power to meet all the demands of the community. I hope to see NetherGames move forward after this video. Thank you for all you've done, good luck, and enjoy life!

Thanks for the comment! I've always said publicly and privately my only concern is the leadership at nethergames, I more than respect every hard working staff that's just doing his best to complete a task. I appreciate this video being taken so seriously, and I hope more positive than negative can come from it. This was just something I needed to announce publicly to spare myself of the hundreds of comments I was getting. In no way was this meant to sabotage anybody or anything.

Yaa, the professionally they behave is actually noticed by me too, I got false banned by the staff, so I reported that in Zeqa and the people I talked were very chill and not like making me feel like I am a customer or something.

I like this, but personally I think some bits are a bit harsh. For example, there recap of 2022 was for the community and for the better, calling it artificial is a bit harsh and saying they never fix bugs isn’t true, nethergames are constantly trying their best to make the server better and fix bugs. Also a bit confusing since u made a whole video (why I play ng) saying that they were actually fixing bugs and yeah, I’m trash at wording paragraphs if that’s a thing but yeah good video.

Well as a former staff I know that staff are very laze often, and are really bad at finding bugs or taking them seriously. I was also in the marketing team for a couple months so I how the team thinks when it comes to something like a recap video. It isn't from a genuine place

I could right a pretty big essay if I wanted to but I wont to save people time, I think NetherGames has realy fallen lately which by no means is good at all. I was also realy happy with the tournament and I hope they make more changes like that soon. this is Pretty much all I have to say, but I will still play NetherGames as long as I finish my school and become successful with irl stuff I wont see it a waste of time if I'm having fun and not spending to much time on the server. As an ex ng grinder I could say, this server just became pure boredom. The better community before all quit and the new ones are just straight up toxic or annoying if you could imply… personally it’s better just to quit NG and other smaller servers due to these problems… great video and explanation chr7st, it’s the same thought I had, I wasted so much time for no reason in a server that is extremely toxic and DOESENT give you anything in return, after a point it just became like “should I play this bedwars game or no?”

@@Chr7st Yes. It's all playtime. Every level takes around 2 hours to get. (5k exp per level, 250 per game on average)

The first 4 levels that come after your prestige (101, 102, 103, 104, 201, 202, 203, 204, etc) all take less exp to get.
