A lot of people leave the program. It’s unrealistic and their expectations are insane no way to live and my apartment had mold it in 😭😭😭

Loved this video ! I finished my program about two months ago and i have serious fomo but also i just needed a mental and physical break. It was always go go go and that is because my home location had good hours compared to others ! My social battery is also not the best and towards the end of my program i could not stay at the parks for more than 4 hours

It's not uncommon that people leave early.

honestly such a great video, it should be embedded onto every dcp blog/website bc it’s so true! it never made sense to me that we’re expected to work for 8/10/12+ hours a day sometimes 6 days a week and have to share a bedroom with a complete stranger. we have all these adult responsibilities but are treated like children (which a lot of cp’s are but still who in their right mind would willingly share a bedroom w a stranger) i had the same issue as u with my roommate where she was always there and would change her schedule so we would work the same hours. i never slept bc she was a massive snorer. i really feel for you bc another of my roommates was a sunset merch cast member (actually at the same time as you so you’ll know her lol) and has told me horror stories of people being forgotten at the outside cart which never made sense to me bc i worked on the attraction and our roto was a well oiled machine. well obviously diff coords and leaders but still! my roommate would try to give up her coaster shifts tho (no mater how much i begged her not to) bc she felt it was slower paced and she liked the main shops on sunset. i’m not sure if we’ve ever interacted bc i don’t remember a lot bc of sleep deprivation and just being in a bubble of misery all the time from long hours and constant standing and never feeling like i had time to myself. oh god sorry i don’t mean to make your comment section my diary entry for the day, just wanted to say you weren’t alone and hope you’re better off now🖤 i’m going back for summer alumni tho lol i’m not sure what possessed me to apply/accept 🤍🤍🤍

Just looking at their regular job postings and came across the Entertainment Technician job, which, only in PART, entails: "Load and fire pyrotechnics for our nighttime spectaculars". Starting pay? $18/hr. WHAT?! I'm in New England so this is insanely low, but this sounds crazy low even for FL, esp Orlando. Right?

Question about the messy roommate... I read something from a few years back that said there were surprise inspections of the apartments and if you failed you would have a fee deducted from your check? Is that true?

is the acceptance rate hard to get into and is it like normal college do u have to take classes I wanna do it but feel I wouldn't make it and think I have to wait my senior year of college as I am a freshman now I know some ppl who just got in and one person had a incredible experience there she even got her own ears and mickey did a graduation
