Goldfish eggs usually need sperm in the tank water before laying or they’ll become infertile almost immediately. Not sure if it’s the same kind of goldfish but.. uh… forgot the channel name but Luke’s Goldies? He’s like a “professional” goldfish breeder and he said that in a video explaining that anyone selling goldfish eggs would be a scammer.

Sorry to say but the eggs won't be hatch because you need to fertilize the eggs the male goldfish has to squirt sperm to the eggs to be fertilize but if the eggs are fertilize eggs need to be clear if the egg are cloudy or white that mean there we'll be no baby goldfish 😢

I think you need to also squeeze the male for sperm because the goldfish eggs aren't fertilized until you put goldfish sperm in the water and if the unfertilized eggs are left for more than a day they will just get fungus and rot

It’s not really giving birth because female fish only produce unfertilised eggs, the get fertilised after they come out and the male then releases sperm over them to fertilise

The thing I learned from "Luke's goldies" is that, when a small amount of eggs/sperm is being released by goldfish when squeezing them is that they are quite young, when they get older, a larger amount of it is being delivered.

Coming from a goldfish keeper don’t forget you also need a lot of anti infection stuff for the eggs so bacteria doesn’t take over. I recommend methelyin blue

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to properly breed goldfish: 1. Get a tub and fill it with water from your tank. 2. Retrieve the male or multiple males and gently press their abdomen to release their sperm (or what you referred to as the experiment) into the shallow container of water. 3. Then, do the same thing with the female fish and expel the eggs. 4. Move the female around in the water so that the eggs are spread around and don't clump together. 5. Leave the eggs in the tub for up to an hour. 6. After the hour, pour out the water and continuously change it with clean water from your aquarium. 7. Within three to five days, you should start seeing baby goldfish hatching. Remember to provide proper care and maintain good water quality for the baby goldfish as they grow. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask. Happy goldfish breeding!
