This is a detailed story of why I chose to remain in the UK as an immigrant after leaving my UK husband. I relocated to the UK from Kenya in 2022 because of my marriage and after it failed, I didn't just pack and leave. I had my own reasons to stay and try to build a life here. I am Namibian and I would like to know if there are opportunities for getting transcription work as I have heard that some African countries are excluded. Such an admirable young lady. Keep on doing your part and the rest will fall into place. I am a logical problem solver too and it has served me well. If you ever decide to go back to Data Analysis, look into AWS, Azure and/or Google certification (Data Engineering, Solutions architect, etc.) as a way to build your resume. I'm an avid learner too and thankfully there's lots of learning resources online. It is a sad reality that opportunities are limited in the developing world. If you're a curious kind, you're going fare well in a place with abundant opportunities.

Just clocked one year. Yes, you have to wait 5 years normally unless you are a victim of domestic violence or abuse. Check the gov.uk
