ZD toys probably should stay at making Iron Man figures, look at what hey have done to NWH spideys figures, I don't wanna be rude but they're absolute garbage to me that I see Marvel Legends ver of NWH Tom Holland is better

Lol actually all their figures are kinda bad, except for all the mcu iron man figures. Even the recent venom and Carnage figures don't look that great. Yeah they really should stick to mcu Iron man. They're are releasing so many armours, I wonder if they are even gonna do striker and gamma like Comicave did

@@Stillfigurineout if they made mk 38 or 39 I don't remember lol) Igor, I'll definitely buy it even if they don't make abs crunch. I know ZD toys won't disappoint me in making iron man figures (except for articulations lol)

I was thinking of getting this for stop motion animation now I’m thinking otherwise so this videos was helpful in that sense but I could understand what you mean

Do you know that you can extend the torso? It gives more articulation, not much but it’s there.

I only have 2 ZD Iron Man figures, the Mk 3 and Mk 5. The reason I even gave them a shot was because I REALLY wanted an affordable, good looking Mk 5 as that was one of if not my most favorite of the movie suits. Probably due to the suit up scene alone. The articulation isn't amazing, but it gets enough of the poses I'd like, outside of some flying poses. Marvel Legends movie Iron Man figures have a similar issue where there's no ab crunch. ML has better range but in the end it still doesn't feel like enough. So I'd say if there's a suit you really like the looks of or one that is your favorite it's probably ok to grab a ZD toy of it. You'll have a nice very well painted and detailed figure that can get some nice poses, without breaking the bank. I'd say you can even fudge it into your Marvel Legends display. Either perspective or having it beside larger characters. Maybe not worth collecting the whole line. As Stillfigurin said though they're only a little more expensive than ML so if you have a stand out suit you'd like then go for it. SFO, you said the Mk 1 is good but you were talking about scale at the time. Would you say it's aesthetic is as good as the 3 and 5? The ML Mk 1 is hot garbage and I'd really like a decent one. So if the ZD is well designed and can get some ok poses I may have to pick that up some time.

Nicely said! Yeah ultimately the mid torso joint on ML doesn't feel enough, but at least its still better. ZD Toys is really picking up on the hall of armour with more new suits like heartbreaker, silver centurion and star booster. And for mk1, the detail on it is awesome (gonna make a video on it actually, comparing with the ML version). Just that it's the same height as the rest of the ZD Toys Iron Man figures, which makes it looks on the smaller side instead lol (as mk 1is supposed to be slightly bigger than other armours)

ZD Toys seems to be pretty good at making Ultraman figures, which is good enough for me, I prefer tokusatsu to conventional superheroes anyway

I completely agree, i have the one ZD toy, the mark 42, and when compared to my other figures, the articulation is really the main disappointment for me

But if one were to set up for hall.of armour, zd toys Iron man figures are actually great. But for dynamic poses, even ML does it better

Have you buy the mark 17 (heartbreaker) from zd toys? It looks like a mini hot toys. The details are perfect👍🏼

Actually ZD's detail and awesomeness is on another league above Marvel Select. I would never buy Marvel Select for display, maybe as a toy for my son but he's not into Iron Man. I understand the paint fading issue, I have it on my Crazy Toys iron men as well, it just happens. Really depends on the type of paint used.

Yes I prefer zd toys over Marvel Select too! At vanilla pose or slight posing, ZD Toys actually looks great

Mainly people who bought ZD Toys beacuse Ironman and start collecting. The detail, paintjob, proportion and offcourse a reasonable price. I don' t mind with articulation because he is Ironman, diferent story if it spiderman. What's good about them? Like Tony Ironman, they learns from mistake, fixing and keep improving. I really satisfied with they Ironman mark 17, can't wait for mark 33 and 39, and the rest of house party protocol. Hope they make version of Iron patriot mark 1 and 2.

I have now 19 zd Toys Iron Man Figures and cant wait for the New one. Its not a toy its a collectible and all of mine in Different poses. Sorry Bad Video

Marvel legends look more like a kids toy than a collectible figure to me. It looks and feels too cheap and roughly molded and painted like a toy you’d get for 10$, compared to ZDToys figures, especially the new iron man lines. And I can customize them with LEDs, while marvel legends are so much harder to add LEDs in

ZD Toys actually made like 7 figures for the 2017 Spider-Man show. We had Spider-Man, Homemade Suit Spider-Man, Symbiote Spider-Man, Miles Morales Spider-Man, Spider-Men 2099, Spider-Gwen & Anya Corazon Spider-Girl. They are taller than Marvel Legends but these figures, from what I've seen, have Marvel Legends style articulation and aren't that bad. The inconsistent packaging strikes back here. Some have the clamshell packaging and some have the more collector friendly, regular box type. Try to get those guys as they also have display stands. They unfortunately also have inconsistent hands, one fist, one thwipping hand, two open hands, both in different gestures too.

Never a fan of ZD Toys' take on any marvel characters, except for MCU Iron Man and big sized characters like MCU Thanos and Iron Monger. Other regular sized characters are kinda the same height, like Spider-man being about as tall as Iron Man I think. And articulation also isn't that great, although the recent ZD Toys figures are better articulated than their early figures.

I still will continue collecting, coz heard they will release all the other Ironman .😅 for the price and quality I think still worth it . Btw I don’t really have paint faded issue so far . Maybe the one you have is their old figure and hope the new one paint job will last one 😂

Yeah hopefully the paintwork problem is only for the older figure. And yes the silver centurion, heartbreaker and starboost looks good!

I collect ML as well but have most of zd toys mcu Ironman figures plus a comicave hulkbuster and threezero DLX Ironman figures in my Ironman display and I love it . They look like shrunken down hot toys . However I do also have issues on the mark 85 and I think it’s their worst iron man figure in terms of qc and paint . Their bigger figures like hulkbuster iron monger and whiplash have extremely poor articulation . And def stay clear from other characters made by zd toys , they are ugly , bad articulation and paint jobs . Hopefully they can improve and give ML some pressure to also improve their fogures

Yesss other characters mostly have bad face sculpt, and most importantly not in scale; all of them are about the same size lol. But yeah the mcu iron man figures paintwork and sculpt wise are really good, articulation aside of course. They know mcu iron man line is their beacon of light, and they're churning out lots of armours lol

ZD toys as of right are the best at making Ironman figures and completely out class other companies that make them in the 20-35$ retail price so in that instance definitely get them 100% you will be happy with your purchase, but so far they have been having McFarlane syndrome where their other character figures have been pretty mediocre at best and all out of scale or inaccurate (this could change with their new line I am aware of that) but they can be a one trick pony forever because although there is a crap ton of Ironman suits and I’m sure ZD will absolutely nail all of them there is a limited amount of them so they need to learn how to make other human characters from comics and live action or else the company won’t go to far

Yup I agree ZD Toys doesn't really make good figures , except maybe for the bigger ones (I had Endgame Professor Hulk and Armoured Thanos from their early days, bad articulation but at least sculpt and paintwork was decent). And yeah their Iron Man figures are actually quite good, and I feel like have the most MCU armours for far among all the different toylines.

I saw a couple of his Spider-Man standing at the edge of the shelf, and they don’t look that dynamic so, i’ll have to assume he displays them in a natural standing pose or somewhere along the line

mmm not good review... torso can extend... have to look with more details ur figures.. and everybody know the sun is dangerous for every figure nope than ZD toys. The package change..U must bought the wave 1... See Ya...and I will buy Zd toys..like you said it's good figures and ecomonic.. bye.
