I have been trying to contact Rick Groffeo. I ordered a set of pipes through Red Foxx baggers in December of 2021. They recommended the heat shields. Which I ordered and paid for. My pipes arrived without the heat shields I paid for. Red Foxx baggers will not return my calls, emails, text messages or voicemails. I absolutely love the look and sound of these pipes. Beautiful like artwork.
