Update for you, so my return to 2 wheels riding my 250cc dirt bike is going well considering it's been over 15 years and 3 skull operations I am gradually getting my confidence back..first ride a couple of weeks ago was quite unsteady and even overwhelming but I just pushed on through and I am starting to see improvements already 3rd ride in alot has come back to me and I am now focusing on correcting my technique.. all in all it has been a positive outcome... You and your channel was what gave me that final bit of zest to get beyond the nervous feeling and I am so glad I managed to see a light at end of the tunnel.... Thanks again my friend for uploading your progress and feelings throughout , you helped me so much

That was certainly there for me too but is also getting better however I'm still quite cautious if doing anything too technical or fast. Keep on at it, I find it amazing to look back to where I was, to now, sure you can see that too 🤞

@@themuddycyclist oh 💯 the difference between rides is amazing although as you are aware it is a gradual process but I feel great I managed to get over that first hurdle and even more so without causing myself further damage which definitely would of made it a lot harder. . Slow and steady wins the race for me right now and long may it continue...... Cheers mate
