Raul Gutierrez now she understands why she was a safety issue. Imagine someone showing up to her convention that is not scheduled even if she promised they could be in and something happened. You know how many famous youtubers are. I think for Escape the Night they should have had something to protect her for the things she was scheduled for but that's it

Actually they can. They don't have to let someone in if they font want to, even if its mean spirited its their event and they can't exclude who ever they want and honestly I can't think of someone who deserves it more. This girl is a degenerate and never learns from ber mistakes. She let's time pass until the best dies down and then that humility she pretends to develop just goes right out the window. I don't like vidcon but I don't feel bad for Rana either. She can go cry into her money piles I'm sure she'll be just fine.

Anyone who is involved in the event should be able to walk backstage. Period. It is a safety hazard and that is their own fault. Maybe being a featured creator is optional, but safety is not. Vidcon is making their own problems.

The saddest thing is knowing that the only reason Tana got a featured creator badge is because she broke and finally mentioned that she would be making a video about being thrown out of Vidcon. What a shitshow! Why book someone for more than 20 events not allow them to use their secret tunnels and then shouting at her for being out walking in the crowd. Did they think she could teleport?

This is actually pretty infuriating. I've seen fans get trampled, and even physically hurt by security, because of these mistakes that VidCon staff has made in the past. And after Christina Grimmie, this sort of thing needs to be prepared for. It shouldn't be a risk they're willing to take. Safety First.

Jessica Oledan vidcon promised that shed be a featured creator two years ago and she ended up not getting it but she still went to vidcon that year and she would get mobbed whenever she had to get places within vidcon because she didn’t have the feature pass so vidcon got mad at her bc the mobs were a “safety hazard” so the year after that she was promised she would be featured due to the inconveniences of the year before but she didn’t get it again that year even though escape the night (which she was a part of) was a big part of vidcon and was even plastered onto the building. But she still went and caused more mobs which got vidcon even more angry, even though they used tana to publicize the event, so they banned her for 2018 vidcon. Then when she went to the events that they invited her to, they got mad at her for creating mobs and chaos when they made her walk around in public floors on vidcon. Then they casually gave her a badge before banning her this year after promising again to make her a creator. That's a very rough summary.

Tana i hope you read this. I witnessed the inccident you reffer in 2016. Im a small youtuber with 23K subscribers from las vegas as well so i go every year to vidcon since 2016. And i witnessed you run down the 2nd floor esclador to the mob on the first floor. You went over to the side of the esclador and hundreds of people sung happy birthday. I stood and watched thinking wow she is lucky who is that? A person in the crowd told me who you were so it was because of that moment i knew who you were. Then i witnessed some security of vidcon pulling you out of the mob into a secure hallway. I always thought something seemed wrong about that and now i know. Keep you head up Tana! To be honest I have never really followed your career, but I've been subscribed for a while. I always paid a little bit of attention to drama and rumors etc. which admittedly didn't put the best view of you in my head. i watched this as soon as it came out and i was 13 and didn’t fully understand how fucked this is. they 100% exploited her and used her to get more money from her fans. i remember when tana was on escape the night and she says people were more relevant then her, but she was someone i was SO exited to see in it. the only other person i was that excited for was liza. overall vidcon has disrespected her beyond repair. i don’t even want to know how many other creators they treat like this
