इंडिया में चिप कभी नहीं बन सकती । चिप बनाने की फैक्ट्री इतनी महंगी है कि कोई भी कम्पनी अफोर्ड नहीं कर सकती । और अगर सरकार खुद बनाए तो फैक्टरी बनाने के बाद जो कर्मचारी भर्ती होंगे उनमें से 60% नकारा कर्मचारी आरक्षण से लेने पड़ेंगे। जिनके बस का कुछ नहीं होगा । वो किसी बेकार से कोलेज से इंजीनियरिंग करके आए होंगे और उनका आता कुछ नहीं होगा । जिन्हे महीने बाद पूरी तनख़ा चाहिए । नहीं तो वो आंदोलन करेंगे । इसी वजह से देश में बड़े उद्योग नहीं स्थापित हो पाए । इस वजह से ही हर सरकारी फैक्ट्री का दिवाला निकल गया । जिनमे ज्यादा प्रोफिट होता है उन उद्योग पर सरकार कब्जा किए है । और जिनमे कम प्रोफिट है सरकार कहती है तुम निवेश करो, एफडीआई लाओ । जो कुछ बनाते भी तो उस पर 28% GST चिपका दिया जाता हैं तभी देश बर्बाद है
