After the fight he said to Charlie that he had heart, even though all he had done was to spit out the mouth guard to be disqualified so he didn´t loose because of the fighting in it self. I don´t know what it takes to be mentally disabled on paper where you live, but Charlie has for sure something more that is wrong in his head than just addiction. Maybe he is around that IQ 80 mark and that together with addiction make him be what he is. But I am pretty sure he would be diagnosed as a narcissist with flying colors if he did a neuropsychiatric examination.
