Is Compliance supposed to do an engagement letter (internal memory) for any review they would want to conduct in branches for Banks like Internal Auditor would do?

You should absolutely have a communication plan for when you are planning a test. From an announcement detailing scope and timeliness to the impacted areas to how you will communicate your report and findings.

Hello Kudzai, I'm interested in signing up for your mentorship program and I see that on the application page on your website the mode of payment is by wire transfer to your South-African bank, however I'm from Nigeria and our cross-border payment options are limited.
