But why would you? You would surely spend the extra 50 to at least put a 1060 in there. So many better gpus's you could put in there for not much money.

@@bignigincoming8774 I'm in the UK. so prices aren't quite as good. But yeah definitely worth splashing the extra cash for something better. I mean even when it came out the rx550 wasn't a gaming card. A 1070ti is still a great card for 1080p and older 1440p especially with fsr. You can even do some light vr gaming on one.

Some chap cases are known for dead or miss wired front I/O. I had a cheap $30 DeepCool and several DIYPC branded cases with dead, or flaky front IO. Covering the port is probably easier than trying to return the case or dealing with a customer mad their "new" PC had a flaky front USB 3 port.

@JordosTechShack, to me it says something about them then if they don't mention that fact in the listing and reflect it in the price, otherwise they should repair/replace before putting it on the market to a customer. It's as bad as buying a very low-priced car so you know it's exactly "new" but they never told you the driver's side windows will need fixing before you can roll the windows down otherwise you just have to open the door to conduct drive-thru transactions etc.

I just put together a pc for a friend in Canada that was on a budget of around $250 Cdn, a Dell i7 6700, 16gb ram, 1tb drive pc ($120 cdn), I upgraded the psu (650W Bronze, $40 Cdn) and put in a gtx 1080 ($100 Cdn). I bought all 3 on a used parts site for $260Cdn total, (About $200 U.S). This person plays at 1080p, I was surprised what it could do for the money. (It's been a LONG time since I've bought any used pc parts for myself.)

Okay just curious. I'm looking for a computer that can run All the Sims DLC, and Mods. Also I do photo editing and video editing I'm looking to take those off my laptop because I would rather have the desktop for gaming, and everything I have mentioned. Would this handle that if that's all I did on it? I know some things about computers, but sometimes it's a bit confusing.

Since I wouldn't buy this I find it hard to recommend to someone I know. If I was buying from this company I'd be looking at the system with an i7 and a 580 for $439.99.
@Alkastik
@Alkastik Жыл бұрын
I would also never recommend this, in my country PC's are a bit pricey because of shipping fees and companies wanting the most profits. But my pc that i sold with an i3-8100 and 1050ti with 12gb ram in the vostro 3670 with pereferals all for under $250. And i felt like i was selling it for more than it's worth 😅. And you see a pc that's a lot worse than mine for almost double the price of mine

Yeah and then again.. for that $440 youre basically building a r5 5600 with something like a 1070-1080 these days and it will put all these prebuild pieces of crap to shame. I Enjoy watching these channels but they all should really just stop recommending People to buy 15 year old tech when theres cheap modern options available. It feels kinda shady and scummy to even tell anybody to buy this and recommend it as a serious option when nowadays we can get like a b450 board for like $30 used which will have infinitely more options for upgrades and compatibilty

@@denisskaminskis8201 prices are different around the world in my country the cheapest amd processor is over $90 for a r3 3400g. And i consider this a deal. Rx5700xt isn't available and the 1070 costs over $130

@@denisskaminskis8201 , yea but there are a lot of people who don't want to assemble a PC or bother learning about all of the different components, future upgradability etc. They just want something that "plays this game, runs that software program" and hopefully does it reasonably quickly/efficiently. I have a family member who feels that way. I explained the differences in assembling a computer by researching and purchasing individual components versus one of these "ready to go PC's!" especially when they're being priced so low it makes you question the obvious WHY?! And then you find out why when things stop working, you see lines in the display or it doesn't even turn on!

I bought a Skytech Archangel that came with a gaming mouse and keyboard but I didn’t know it and it’s membrane, not mechanical so I ordered a Hyperx Alloy and Haste. It’s my first gaming PC in years and I’m very happy. It performs better than I expected. Also Ryzen 5 3600 smokes an i5 and probably cheaper. Lol

Depends on the generation, for the most part an equivalent i5 will be better (with worse thermals) and around the same price if not cheaper.

Might be unused parts but holy hell that's some real struggle for price to performance.. Every used market differentiate from every country no doubt and so does retail, I think you should be focusing on more whats best used to performance value wise generally to get viewers a glimpse on what to aim for and what to watch out for. These pre-builds in my mind are getting a bit tiresome, sure they make 1080p playable but what you left on the table could mean huge gains even up to 1440p gains. Seems like this is more of a review of pre-build to buy with amazon affiliate links at this point than actually making tech/upgrade suggestions but if that's your thing well who am I to judge, keep up the huzzle.

1h of research and i completely agree with you. Those specs for what they tried to do makes absolutely 0 sense and feels like they didnt even try. Almost feels like these KZfaqrs get paid by some of these workstation dumps when they happen. Looking on ebay right now (some parts are obviously second hand) R5 3600 = $30-40 Asus Rog b450-f going for = $30 Cheap pc case + psu + couple of fans(can even get rgb if u want it that badly) approx = $100 500gb SSD going for around $20 these days 2x8GB DDR4 3200mhz = $30 That comes down to around $210 after which the only thing thats left is a gpu. For around $100-110 right now you can get a gtx1650-1660. Total cost = $310-320 This pc will put the one in the video straight to the garbage so stop showing People some dusty old workstations when you can do a lot more with the current market. This is straight garbage and i know the guys in the video know what they’re talking about which is even more confusing. Honestly you can buy a 5600xt or 5700xt for reasonably cheap now, and it would be a serious upgrade to this machine and pair reasonably well with the i5. So basically for around 500 bucks you would have a triple A gaming rig for medium to high 1080p or definite high with AI scaling.

@@toyotamarkIIjz And no GPU. Remember even the 6600 and 5600xt and so on are 100 bucks, or so, all the way through to 200. So you are talking having 300 to 400 for every other piece of the computer. A case is going to run you 50, so is a power supply. So you are now down to 200 to 300 for the rest of your machine. Cheap motherboard for say am4 is going to be 70-100, storage is going to be 70, ram another 50-60, so lets take the averages of some of those and say you spent 85 for your motherboard, 55 for ram, and 70 for storage. You are now running up against your 300 dollars left. Prices on used components are a bit odd right now, and if you go much cheaper than the prices listed you are getting into the same class as whats in the system they have already.

I would be using davinchi resolve, and if needed, I would think about using the Studio version, which pulls more from the GPU than the CPU. I would take the ram from 8 to 32gb ddr4. Honestly it's a nice looking PC and if aesthetic is important this wins, But Less than a 100 more (it's actually cheaper if you include shipping costs) can get you a Ryzen 7 5000 series with 32 GB of RAM a 1TB SSD and iGPU that performs better than this rig... Personally I do think it's nice and for RGB and case builds it's probably best for price but sheerly in terms of performance It's not all that competitive with even APU set ups, especially with the slower CPU. Although the inclusion of all the peripherals along with the RGB casing does make this a good deal, just not the best deal in terms of performance. I guess the more flashy stuff is included the slightly slower components to offset the cost.

@@funluckyluck JUST WATCH A GUIDE WHEN U GET OLDER AND GET A JOB AND BUILD ONE. sorry caps lock. ive built like 8 pc now dont be afraid of static just build it barefoot and ull be fine. better than nothing just go to 720p and most games will run even new ones. been playing diablo 4 and the rx 550 would definitely run it.

For me I do not care about the fps my only problem is that most games would launch with an error and lag alot or just not even run at all.

Honestly, most games aren't very heavily CPU dependent anyway (most important thing is GPU)! My main gaming (desktop) is still a THIRD gen i7 FFS LOL. Still keeping up just fine (with brand new GPUs)! Plus so far I think the only gave I have or do play that WAS CPU heavy, was GW2 (guild wars 2)... .. .

lol bro don't bother if you have to buy internationally, and that's for literally everything because it can cost more than the item itself🤦. Also the plugs will cause problems since they won't go into your outlets.

Having usb 3 doesn’t mean it a remanufacture. My gigabyte board for 2nd gen intel has a usb 3 header
