I think it's popular because of how simple it is. Load in with your team, pick a mission and enter the meat grinder. The fact it's not $60 -$70 as well as $20 for a battlepass also helps.

From what I recall, the Alien Fireteam Elite missions are very linear. HD2, with it's open maps, and different environments depending on the planet offers many opportunities for emergent gameplay. Also, the different difficultly levels make it very accessible to both casual and elite players. It's also easy to quickly fire the game up and jump in.

i know people are saying that Helldivers 2 is getting a bit boring but they are planning on bringing in new aliens and weapons and Mech suits very soon and i know that Helldivers 1 had weapon customization so i feel like that will be something that will be getting added to the game at some point I think the Studio Arrowhead was just caught completely off guard with how hugely popular its game has become so they have been frantically making efforts to ensure that the game runs smoothly before they add any thing else to it

I finally figured out how to use the press to talk thing what you gotta do is Go to Options Press change binding Go to communication settings Voice activation and that's what you gotta do put what ever button you want will be the push to talk button so put it to a button that you will only use to talk I recommend X and when you want to talk to people hold X and they will hear you

I'm loving helldiver's 2 mainly because this game is a huge breath if fresh air after the constant AAA live service failures like suicide squad its just nice to see a game that cares about its player base over the shit that big companies do and im glad that this games came out during all thaf crap that was happening also I would like to play with you if its alright and i am looking into the problems you had with voice chat ill let you know what i figure out

the game is very easy to get into. every mission is different, or should i say, experience of the mission is different. and we have been asking for a good co op game for years. and its just getting started

This is the first game that means i'm going to have to upgrade my PS4 Pro. First next gen content I've had any interest in playing. (I also used to be a huge Destiny fan). Don't shoot me.
