Tbh, Gryphon is so easy to counter with the right character, I feel like he isn’t as good as some would say, because BP, and Kensei still have a strangle grip on the S teir, and people with good party counters like JJ, and Cent, can absolutely ruin a Gryphons day. But that’s just the humble opinion of a casual

@@ricardoronco9632 Depends on the gryphon. My lawbringer, warlord, jj (these three are actually 3 of my top mains with warlord being 70) can destroy a gryphon if they’re letting me. But once a gryphon uses their brain and their 500 options, it’s way harder... they only get destroyed if they let me counter their kick or cc/parry them lol. What I’m trying to say is, they’ve gotta let you counter them but the char you pick has a big play in how you can punish it

One of the dumbest things about him is that his third attack in the chain has two options, one which can’t be dodged, one which must be dodged, it’s a guessing game

Im actually curious, as Griffn is about the only hero with multiple faction armors available to him, if different themes can help predict the type of playstile cheese they go for.
