Thanks for helpful video. One question. How would you suggest to handle a such situation - first you send dozens resume daily and then get a call from HR in company XXX and they start, from the scratch, asking questions such "why did you apply for position in our company? are you familiar what our company does? what do you know about our company?" and so on. And, of course you have no idea what the company they talking about because you did not read/it was dozens resume ago.
