Specialize the dict. Any is slow, and you don't need the dynamism.

To be fair, Julia is faster in the long run. I saw this difference when I train machine learning model that take minimum +30 min to run. Julia is kinda slow for quick calculation to the point it becom frustrating

Hard to believe, right? The specific task used to benchmark the languages seems to make a difference on whether Python or Julia is faster.
