Yeah well I think we all know Malema won't be charged for discharging a firearm in public because he claims it was a toy gun, he was lucky a bullet didn't ricochet and kill someone but then again he would probably declare there was a sniper hidden somewhere but whatever happens he will be found not guilty which will be a travesty of justice. IF you were in the middle of a court case...Would you be focused on the GNU? He hasn't been speaking because he is fighting a court case on a fire arm that was discharged in public...I am not gonna leave a court to go to do a press run, when I should be in my Attorney's office discussing my defense strategy and what I can plead to and see if I can get off...A firearm being shot in public could carry a prison sentence, once his case is sorted or postponed to a further date, dude will also get back to work.
