Dear PS, Like the person in your comments section named Vladimir Pereira a small brown/purple bruise became evident in the RH corner of my Oppo android device. It was followed by vertical bleed lines intermittently appearing and has now become a vertical black cancer taking up almost 1/3 of the screen with colour streaks, so I find it almost impossible to log into my device and am unable to use any touch windows under that part of the screen. Also my log in password process is wigging out! My question is (other than going through the process described in this highly informative video tutorial): is there any way that I can transfer my data from the the damaged phone to my newly acquired Oppo? I've tried using "clone phone" and a usb cable but, as I cannot access apps or data from the damaged phone, I've been unsuccessful. ???? Sincerely, B. J. Lee, Australia

I unsuccessfully followed the instructions upon start up (which asked me to use the clone phone app - which due to my damaged screen, is impossible). Now I am unable to get back to that start up program (trying to follow your instructions) and am also having difficulty understanding your it terminology, e.g., brkng & bfing?

Ever since december 26th 2022, the moment i woke up and saw my phone, it was bleeding purple, it was a small patch back then, but now it has spread significantly, like almost 30% of the screen is filled with this purple fluid. Hope i get a job next week so i can save up for a downpayment for an A73 5G phone. I am still using the phone, it works like normal except for the eyesore of this screen fluid. Hey man, something like this is happening with my screen. When I leave my phone every night while sleeping I wake up to a small stain right below the front camera, and it goes away after a couple hours of me using the phone again. I've tried leaving my phone turned off, turned on, vertically, horizontally, with full charge, with 20% battery and it just keeps happening. I've had this phone just for over 4 months and it's fallen only a couple of times so I don't know what happened. It's been like this for like a week now. It happened with me too my realme gt master edition i have never dropped it ever since i got it i don't know how it happened i got it repaired a year ago bcuz its volume down button became hard . on 14 july i saw a purple spot or bottom left corner of the screen and in 2 days it spead on half of my screen i used that phone for genshin for 2 weeks in the end its screen became black there was no purple blue colour left it was like its brightness became -100 i could barely see it in night Few days later it became dead i tried to charge it but it wasn't showing anything i hope its only lcd issue Idk how it happened my guess is that its bcuz of overheat i used to play alot of games In summers my phone temperature used to be 34c normal and while i was gaming it temperature used to rise to 46c . i used to put my phone on a wet cloth for 2 mins to cool it down and it decreases my phone temperature back to 36 Also when i downloaded heavy games on it over heated alot its temperature used to rise up to 48 or 50c then i turned my phone off to let it cool down and then continue the downloading I am gonna have its lcd replaced today from now on i won't repeat same mistakes i will buy a phone cooler for gaming so it won't heat up like crazy :( It broke me apart when it got that purple dot cuz i bought this phone from alot of hardwork it took me a year of pain and hardship to buy this phone
