Thank you for driving this car like it's supposed to be! Most cars like this are sitting in some Sultan's car collection warehouse or a corporate billionaire's office in a skyscraper. Also I love when supercars are reviewed by their owners instead of the big media people. It just feels more real and honest.

What a time to be alive when this came out?! 959, F40, XJ220... Even race cars at Le Mans were legendary - Mazda 787B, Sauber Mercedes, Ferrari F40 LM, Silk Cut Jags, Nissan R390, Porsche 962. I love being an 80s baby LOL

Dodge Bautista ferrari's look best in blue. red is the brand colour but ferraris look best in blue, look at the 365 Daytona, the new 488 spider, the 599 GTO. All look best in blue. same goes for the F40, i mean look at Abdul's Azzuro Dino F40?

Your choice of painting it blue,and turning it back to original,was just the right thing to do,as it IS the BEST F40 out there,and yes,my favourite colour is blue,so i'm a major fan,for sure!

The only thing I will say about the paint, is the F40 insignia on the tail needs to be either solid white or pinstriped in white. Because that would just make it look even better (I adore the blue)

emissions standards, cats, resonators etc they are just now built with efficiency and refinement in mind instead of just a raw mechanical engine with turbos slapped on

Beautiful car, when white, did it have the LM kit fitted? Looks similar. My EVO Integrale driving position is exactly the same. Short legs, long arms.. Had to fit a spacer to my steering column too, luckily the column is slightly adjustable so it's a little less go cart/truck like lol.

We are Italians, we just make silly things. We launched another Lancia, the Aprilia in Right Hand Drive, only, in Italy too. And trust me, we have issue with these wonderful cars too, and you can trust me, I'm 5'4" and I'm from real close to the Amalfi Coast, so it makes me a thoroughbred italian, and I have to bend my knees a bit to reach the steering wheel of an Integrale. But anyway I wish I could have these issue a lot more frequently than it happened to me so far.

Absolutely love your F40 man. The spec is one of the best ones out the, if not the best. Love you videos as well, keep up the great work. Would love to see it in person ones. When do you drive this, just one special occasions or whenever you feel like it (no matter the conditions)? And how long have you owned it?

There are very few Ferraris that look good in blue. The only one I can think of at the top of my head is the 550. But this F40 blue admittedly looks really beautiful.

It's slightly obnoxious with the exhaust pops and what not but not too bad. It think it's less cool than you think (the blue color), but that's just me. I'm wondering what a silver livery would do for the car. Now that might be cool.

Curious question, when it was white, was it kitted to look like an F40LM, or is it actually an F40LM, that you've restored to road car configuration? Could explain why there's no ciggie lighter lol

Ha yes you wouldn't commute with this every day but as an occasional drive (which makes it special) it is one of the finest driving experiences you can get. Only an F1 offers more

I don't think a single photographer in the world earns enough money to own 6 supercars, unless they are a long time established art photographer who has sold thousands of works - in which case they are probably too bohemian to be much interested in supercars and definitely not a young guy like this fellow. He is of course from a family dynasty, most likely the Moores of Liverpool, who made their money, probably hundreds of millions if not billions, from football pools.

You do realise that the original body kit & white color was to make it look like the F40 LM version right? Allthough I like the original version, the LM version still looks great too and is actually more rare than the original version. (was the white version street legal?)

The most important thing is how it feels.. Don't get me wrong, I'm a bit of a purist- But hearing about the transformation of the car from a heavily modified example to a more sympathetic, albeit bespoke one is great. News of a blue F40 reached me all the way up here (Nr Newcastle)..
