Foreign Students should be made to return to their country of origin before applying for residency. 4). All refugees should surrender passports and be banned from returning to origin countries unless returning permanently - no holiday visits. 5). No personal dual citizenships allowed. 6). No Diplomatic immunity for illegal acts 7). Communism, socialism and marcsism should be illegal. 8). Govt should be accountable and no immunity from actions 9).
