Fragile is discontinuity. Robust is continuity. Antifragile is emergent.

'theory of constraints' conveys a negative image; the name itself is ambiguous and unattractive. 'Theory of Flow' or ''Theory of Production Success'' might be better. Note Roger Martin talks about ''winning'' strategy, not about ''avoiding failure'' strategy.

adoption is not a good measure of success, especially not in the short term. Many high adoption ideas are totally useless disasters. Think -isms. The question is really hw successful it is when used. And how successful compared to other methods.

Design a first to fail principle into the system so that failure is not catastrophic.
