It's a great shoe dude. Going from foot doctor zach to your channel is brutal. The fit is completely different too. The translucent traction is way better too. It's basically a better traction Dane 8.

Interested on your thoughts of the dame certified 2. I actually like the look of the original more but its sold out on most sizes, having been on sale.

I believe the reason they kept it the same is the popularity of the model within NBA circles, and that they couldn't find a way to make the line better moving into the 9 yet. The Dame 8 was the 6th most used shoe in the NBA last year, by far the biggest Adidas shoe and was even used by non-contracted players which isn't super common for an Adidas model.

Wish they would of kept the forefoot material mesh. I was gonna cop these because i didnt like the 8s heel slip. But ill prolly just cop another pair of the 8s half size down instead of these.

You should, I have it and to compare with the original 8, the midsole is more dense, the upper is more stable and the out sole is still amazing and durable

I'd bet this is basically Jerry Lorenzo's add-ons for a design which was already in production when he took over Adi Basketball.... looks Fear of God-ish. I love the design... this particular CW is a lot tho lol

i think they use the Traction pattern and Foam in the previous Dame 8 , because dame is Comfortable to that set up,
