Omg im soooo glad you posted this today as my little Sadie (baby doll faced chihuahua she has funny hair though she isn't long or short coat she's a chocolate and white little princess) I've never had a dog before she's had a cough for a week or so now so I've been giving her honey to sooth her throat and the vet gave her anti inflammatorys.......but aside from that she is perfect and beautiful and everyone who meets her says that there day has been improved 100%..... she's 3months old and 1.5kg ive trained her to sit, spin around, stand up (like on her back legs) she's good at playing fetch and sometimes voluntarily gives me the ball to throw for her haha she's been having lots of reverse sneezing attacks though the night she sleeps in my bed so I can comfort her but the vet doesn't seem worried about it but your a chihuahua expert what would you do? I've been trying to leash train her but it took weeks of trying to get a harness on her then buying a different kind an trying to train her with that an then eventually realised she needed a step in harness so I've literally only been able to successfully get it on her twice in 3 days cos I didn't want to force her an scare her........she's also not really drinking much out her bowl she will have a little drink once or twice a day but if I fill a syringe with water and skoosh it onto her tongue slowly she laps up lots of water......do u think she should try a doggy fountain? Sorry for the millions of questions but your the expert and I need expert advice.......im gonna follow your video and start leash training properly tomorrow as its night time here in scotland and Sadie is sleeping lol but tomorrow I'm gonna concentrate on leash training she just goes to sleep when I put the harness on her so hopefully with some of her favourite treats of salmon she will learn Oh another thing have u got a video on how to train your chihuahua to enjoy the stroller cos I have disabilities so I need a walker to help me stabilise and just be able to walk more confidently and farther cos u have to walk everywhere in scotland haha but I'd like her to be safe when big dogs are around cos she's so small Anyways sorry for the complete life story lol xx

I'm finally getting my sweetie pie in two weeks! I'm actually going to need to use a harness for him at the airport, so my breeder is getting him used to a harness early (he's currently 6 weeks.) I named him Mango.

Hahaaaa! Did you lose the instructions ?? Poor Dempsey was subjected to being dressed in upside down, inside out harnesses a few times until I found the perfect make and size. I have some fabric and D rings on order so I can attempt to make one myself. (!) Keep being sweet, Sweetie Pie.💖🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

New Subbie I'm very worried I have a sweetie pie coming home in 6 more weeks. I'm so worried about training to go potty out side. But with those tiny tiny bladders I'm concerned it's going to be a very difficult challenge. Any tips would be greatly appreciated 🙏 🤗

I have 2 chi's treated them the same... early harness my first chi no problem whatsoever......but my second 😁😁😁😁 I still struggle at 7 months! He is hyper, he leaves me breathless 🤣🤣🤣 just to put on his harness!! And I am very calm , I don't know what else to do!!

what size harness should i use? i can find one that fits my sweetie pies. one is a year, and the other is almost a year. i had a question too. why are my puppies peeing every time i pick them up while they are excited? is it over excitement?
