No it wasn't a cheap shot it was just how Jack played he played exactly the way the NFL taught its players to hit back then, so in all honesty he was just doing his job and unfortunately Darry sustain a catastrophic injury, but was it a cheap nope. Sean played exactly how Jack played on one speed "100". I am sure you saw how Sean hit the punter in the pro bowl game and trust and believe he could have killed that man. Okay I see this is a sensitive subject and I did this video not to offend anyone, as I said Jack played tough and he played hard and we all know guys have gotten seriously injured playing this sport. Yes to your question did I play and to be honest I was very good, also all my sons played and were quite gifted and we all know that it was a possibility they could be injured or worst. So believe I feel great sorrow for Darryl Stingley and his family from this tragic event, but its football and I can put money on it Darryl understood the risk of playing football and so did I as a parent. Jack deserves to be in the hall of fame and that's my stance and its not meant as a disrespect to you or the Stingley family. Btw when Tom Brady played the rules of the game had drastically changed so it had zero to do with him not throwing his receivers into bad passes.
