I have to admit myself that I was a little sad that Ryan and Jenna didn't return for chaos theory but I understand that they had other stuff to do their life but I am looking to see how the new voice actor for kenji does in the show.

I think Ben is one of the best characters in camp Cretaceous!!! He had biggest character development, went from being terrified of germs to eating bugs for survival and he blows things up!!! Also was on his own for a good while which made him go from wimpy to one of bravest characters!

Neither case is surprising. Voice actors usually make less than their live action counterparts, and have to fight harder to negotiate compensation. Considering this is a different negotiation circumstance than from JWCC, one can rationally expect that not all the VAs would come to an agreement to reprise their roles unless Universal is desparate. With regards to Ortega, not only is she super busy with movies and shows like Wednesday, but she undoubtedly earns way more doing them than being a voice actor.

I kind of figured that was why Ortega didn't return to voice Brooklyn. And though Kenji sounds different and it is a bit disappointing to not have the original voice actor, the new one did a great job with Kenji. Also, have to admit that Ben did become more likable in CT, though there were cringe moments. Sammy and Yaz hit rock bottom for me to the point where I just now skip over the parts when it's just the two of them. Everything with them, even back in Camp, was so forced.

I've got to admit I was pretty disappointed when I found out that Ryan and Jenna won't be returning. Ryan's excuse which he stated on his Instagram story was something which I felt was very half meant. He quit over alleged unfair pay which is understandable but Ryan literally promoted his water project at the end of his statement. Additionally, Jenna Ortega would have really lead the future of the Jurassic World Universe. it's a shame though Darren Barnett sounds like he's done a fantastic job with Kenji! Remember though we can't rule out a new VA for Brooklyn since she's probably alive. Hopefully she does a good job. Can't wait to binge watch and review the entire season tomorrow!

It disappointing because it feels like Jenna thinks shes too big to play the catoon part now. Its disappointing cause the story actually made her character very important and the show grew up and got darker. Things Jenna likes and yet. She left the project anywAys.

Honestly I put this at the feet of Netflix you have a double star in Ortega who is filming season 2 of Wednesday which is possibly your most popular series on Netflix now.and you have camp Cretaceous which is also extremely popular how long did they know they were doing a grown up version of that show? I would have to say at least a year out was she approached then? Netflix has reached this sloppy point where they think fans are just gonna accept recastings well. Someone ask them how’s that going with replacing Henry cavil in the Witcher. Having one of the most popular young stars in the world in Jenna was a big deal to this show. Also kinda blame her agent and her for it. Certain properties you prioritize (marvel, Star Wars, Dc,) and the Jurassic franchise is looked at as an honor to be apart of No matter what your part in it is you prioritize that role. She’s not busy enough to not get in a studio for a couple days and do her lines for a season.

I gotta say, I'm not a fan of how Ben sounds in the trailers, he sounds the exact same as he did when he was a little kid, which doesn't at all fit his older teenaged to possibly young adult body. Ben had a whole big character arc from being extremely wimpy to learning to survive on his own and becoming braver, only to still have the voice of a 10 year old, it sounds horrible, either his voice actor needs to speak deeper for the role, or maybe he should just have a new voice actor. Also I really hope this show isn't as cheesy and stupid as Camp Cretaceous was in so many ways. One cool thing that would be a pretty nice new change to the franchise is building up the T-Rex as an actual threat rather than something that anyone can easily outrun or any small dinosaur can hold their own in a fight against. Oh and maybe they could show the Spinosaurus as an actual cool dinosaur rather than "wow big scary monster bigger than everything and we have to make sure to make that known in the camera angles and almost literally every other sentence from the characters whenever it's around". Oh, and maybe they could also try having the Raptors be smart and also have the dinosaurs not stop to roar literally every time they see someone

Has anyone else watched Jurassic world camp Cretaceous,the only reason why I am asking because Jurassic World chaos theory is a sequel to Jurassic world camp Cretaceous and I didn’t know if it would mess me up if i haven’t seen all season of Jurassic World camp Cretaceous yet because I am just now on season 4 and that series is a Netflix original series, so hopefully that show should stay on Netflix for longer time.
