@@lostsoulmma I think the most delusional part of your argument is comparing the fighters of 10+ years ago to the fighters of today Jon beat all the legends from back then, and continued to win while fighting the men his own age and the ones younger In your video there was a lot of “It was a good win, but it’s overrated, that’s my point…” without actually breaking down why the win is overrated. And saying a lot of people beat a Jon Jones opponent after they fought Jon Jones isn’t an argument as to why they weren’t a good opponent when they fought him

He came into light heavy weight fought the baddest people there at the time and defended a record amount of times went to heavy weight and became champ. You can say that his drug use and lack of defense on heavy weight is trash yes. But his legacy isn’t overrated.

Right? Khabib has the most overrated career in mma history. Padded records against fighters with a 3-8 record. And he fought against pure strickers his whole career. He never fought a world class well rounded fighter.

Khabib beat the best fighters of his era in his weight class. Poirier Gaethje and Conor were the 3 top guys in his division before he retired. Who else is he supposed to beat. Never lost a round to anyone he fought in the UFC. There is not one other fighter in UFC history that can say they never lost a round

Jon jones fought the best of the best during his prime . Only lost to reyes and it was a close fight that should have gone to reyes imo.Besides that , jones has beaten everyone at the highest level since 2011 until 2019 . And jones also beaten the number 1 contender ciryl gane in 2023 . The truth is , jones has been wanting the stipe miocic fight since 2020 . Even before he fought dominick reyes , his mind was already aiming on fighting in heavyweight for stipe miocic and ngannou . You can search for his interview in 2020 . Although i do agree that jones is ducking aspinall for stipe and he should be fighting aspinall . But jones is DEFINITELY not scared of aspinall . Jones defeated natural heavyweights , light heavyweights and middleweights throughout his career . If you think jones only fought middleweights , you can also argue that GSP fought lightweights during his prime .

@@lostsoulmmabarboza had some of best takedown defence at the time. On paper Justin gaethje had the best credentials especially as defensive wrestler and at the time was a bad stylistic matchup, takedown defence and leg kicks. But after the fight khabib made it look easy so people forget. Jon Jones had huge physical advantages over everyone until Dominic Reyes who was nearly same height exposed him. Since then he's stayed hidden and only chose to fight Cyril no grappling gane after no legs Francis exposed him and of course after Francis left the UFC. In my opinion the goats are Anderson Silva and Fedor.

Khabib never fought someone that showed elite level wrestling combined with really solid bjj in the octagon who also has striking to a good level that would be a bad matchup a nightmare would be someone who has elite level wrestling for mma and good bjj with better striking and good pressure cause that works against khabib
