Answer to your question: After the baahubali occupies the throne as king, married to devasena and a son was born to them, as bijjaladeva wants his son bhallaladeva to occupy the throne. Kattapa was blamed by bijjaladeva and bhallaladeva saying "if u wont kill baahubali then his son and wife will be killed, indirectly you are the responsible one for that". So at the end of the war with the left of the kaalakeya dynasity being kaalakeya's brother as the king the main war of part 2, Kattapa kills baahubali at the end of war..., then an internal fight between shivagami and bijjaladeva happens, shivagami rans away with the baby baahubali to save the baby(what u see in the first part starting). So the second part is majorly about taking revenge against bhallaaladeva and occupying the throne by mahendra baahubali (sivudu).... Comment me back i am a story writer and its my prediction :) its up to your imagination and understanding how well every question was answered...
