Also I swear training outside has something to do with it. Wide open areas under natural light equals less strain on the eyes, facial and neck muscles which translates to more fluid movement and flexibility throughout his whole body. It's why hes so different I swear.

He have good environment. the Caucasus is mountainous
@babloo16665 жыл бұрын
@@ElementalX7 yes, I checked wiki. his home country has villages mostly up to 4,000 mtrs. above sea level. The entire landmass of his home country is on average at least 960 mtrs above sea level. That is high altitude conditioning on his body since birth and training. The higher oxygen density at sea level gives a body that is already adapted to low density oxygen from high altitude an extra stamina/energy boost as it is adapted to carry more oxygen. Plus khabib is a well rounded fighter: ground, striking, strategic, and submission. Very dangerous combinations here. He is pretty much the best in the division.

A man who respect God & never take pride of his victory, cannot be defeated.
@lesblase36673 жыл бұрын
That’s true. And Khabib is one heck of a an awesome person. Truly. But unfortunately for Khabib, he follows after a different god. And I say this with the utmost respect to any Muslim reading. No harm intended but it is true what I’m about to say. Gods Word is concrete. It never changes though according to Muhammad, Gods word to him does change. The message of the Quran at its core is one of violence. Opposite to the message of the Bible that came 600 years before Muhammad. Why did Muhammad feel the urge to change the word of God? When he never had authority to do so. Just because one lives a life as such doesn’t reflect his respect for God. According to the Real God, it’s disrespectful that Khabib follows after another god. Is God wrong? But I guess in 2021, the facts & details don’t matter. Like the life of Muhammad if compared to the Life of Yeshua HaMashiach Jesus Christ. Total opposites. The Quran & the Bible themselves compared say two different messages. It’s important to know who the Real God is. He’s the God that always was. The God before Muhammad, during Muhammad & after Muhammad. Muhammad is dead, buried in the ground yet Yeshua HaMashiach Jesus Christ Rose from the Dead. Physically. He is not dead. He is God in the Flesh. Muslims hate that but it’s true. There is a lot more to question about Islam. When I hear the Athiests describe the God of the Bible according to their minimal understanding of the OT, Allah pops up in mind. Because everything the Athiest accuses God of the Bible to be is what Allah IS. Not even lying. Allah is that merciless god the secular/athiests believe God of the Bible to be. In fact it’s only the God of the Bible that is Merciful. Only Him. It’s His trait. Belongs to none but He. God indeed Love us all but He Hates what we do. He Hates the sin and rightfully so. He’s righteous. Seek Him if you Love what is True. Cry out. He’ll hear you.

These are the reasons why I think Khabib Nurmagomedov is always gonna win his fights: 1. His training and discipline each day creates a sense of self confidence in both his body and his mind. As a result he performs better than the average fighter. 2. He's a balanced fighter. He has something that's very hard to obtain in the mma world which is a well rounded striking and ground game. 3. The religion he follows adds a placebo effect to his fighting career. Making him believe he'll win along with the self confidence from training. (For the third reason I state it's a placebo because I'm an athiest and don't really believe in religion. Regardless of that I think Khabib is the greatest fighter in the UFC.)

@abdelghanim5 жыл бұрын
of course not, but when you step into a gym you are going to train, because the environments give you motivated to keep going! when you train outside the gym you don't train as consistent while on the gym. (I'm talking here when you are doing this alone,with friends or other athletes it is different)
@FactualClips5 жыл бұрын
I have to disagree. I workout outside the gym, mostly in street workout spots or just in some playground with bars, and I always train alone. I do sets and reps just like i would at the gym and i work as long as i would at the gym. Headphones on, killing the bars. But yea, i'm pretty damn motivated to train so of course it's not for everyone. :)

@goransurjak18076 жыл бұрын
Lol this guy is strong but he is like puddle compared to ufc heavyweights
@eriv47356 жыл бұрын
I wouldn’t call him the best ever I mean he’s only beat like 2 world class fighter and has had only 4 fights in 4 yrs
@eriv47356 жыл бұрын
Comparing a heavyweight to a light weight (206+ vs 155) is like comparing a .22 to a 50 cal that does not make sense. That being said khabib mostly trains with higher weight class fighters including but limited to heavyweights and has been known to slam control and smother guys twice his size

Where did you learn about this? I want to read more on this subject. Heard coach zahabi talk about proprioception limiting max wheight to protect the body and how you can condition your body to have a higher tolerance.

Yes, he trains hard but this has nothing to do with training, this is about a really high fighting IQ and a really effective style.
