+Daniel Mech We'll that'll take along page to explain but in simple terms is that brightening or lightening less harsh to the skin and is always indented to even the skin off the darker shades on the skin without damaging the melanin pigment, while on the other hand Skin bleaching is more harsher and it'll penetrate the melanin strip of the pigmentation kinda like Michael Jackson or Vera Sidika and that can lead to a serious skin cancer due to lack of protection from sunlight and that's even why Albinos are at high risk of skin cancer because that!😊
