At what point do I need to consider seeing my ortho again? My last tray never did get rid of that halo

Hi my left upper lateral incisor is not in line and pushed back. I’m coming to the end of my Invisalign treatment and had 2 refinements. Still not happy with the result. I’m now thinking to get get fixed braces, Will fixed braces fix this? Thank you

It’s hard to say without an exam. Talk to your doctor to see what he/she recommends.

Hello I have a teeth that was way too up i had to remove 4 teeth because of crowding, then I was at my 7th tray and it broke now i was at 8th but back at 6 i have been using chewies but it doesnt help and there is a really big gap because my upper tooth is way too high up cause its not tracking any more please can I contact you to send pictures.

I am currently on my last Invisalign tray, and my lateral incisor is still very crooked, can refinements fix it still or do I need another option?

Yes, refinement aligners are often used.

So I recently got my Invisalign and it turns out i am completely missing my left lateral incisor… a dentist pulled it out when i was younger :( … but there is no empty space right now between my teeth and it is very crowded. How will my Invisalign fix that?

I will eventually have two lower incisors plus an implant (to replace a removed tooth) to make three incisors total. The plan is to use invisalign and IPR (interproximal reduction) to create a bit more room for the incisor implant. My orthodontist said he deals with three incisors all the time. My clin check shows there will be no large gaps. The first incisor was removed in childhood due to crowding.
