I've stopped watching Warikoo's videos a long time back. He keeps doing Excel Excel Sip Sip but can he show one metro city in India where rents or property rates have gone down? Salaries won't increase at a high % beyond a point but expenses will shoot up due to inflation and he never factors in emotions. It's soo important in today's world to have a house of your own specially if you live in a metro city. It doesn't have to come with too many amenities or luxuries but when you pay EMIs also, remember one thing the interest rate on it is actually lesser than real term inflation. Stop following fake inflation data of 5-6% as it's only to fool people. Amit ji has opened eyes in soo many ways with fantastic logics and explainations

I agree with you sir. It looks like you have taken some points from the book Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel. He tells that , many people dont understand their emotions. And emotions can cause your finances to change based on you spending emotionally. Also , if you are rich or not also depends upon the timeperiod that you are working. In the same way , if you want to become a youtuber now , it will become more difficult than 5 - 10 years ago.

One thing I have noticed is that whoever gets to the position where thousands other want to be, he/she starts giving gyaan that “don’t do this, it will trap you” . Human psychology also works that way ki kisi ka acha hone se zyada kisi ka bura sunne me satisfactory lagta hai bcoz thode der ke lie wo apna dukh bhula deta hai. Our parents also said always “apne se neeche walo ko dekho to khush rhoge”. For ex- jo Canada/UK/US/Germany etc. koi b foreign nation jaega wo kabhi encourage nai krega, aao bhai aao.. humesha uski video ka thumbnail hoga “dont come here etc etc”. Jo ghar le lenge jaldi, they will say “mene le lia, aap mat lena”. Jo shaadi krega bht lavishly he will say “mene krli ap mat krna”. Matlb unse poocho ki tm usi situation me kyo ho fir. Foreign walo se poocho sab itta bura h to waapis kyu nai aa rhe, ghar lena acha nai to bech kyu nai de rhe, tumne extra kharch krdia to ab daan kyu nai de dete.. There’s also Ankur Warikoo jo ad chala chalake apne ko sell kr rhe hain ki mje dekho, mje suno. There’s also Ashneer Grover jo sab muh pe bolta h kuch nai krta to b duniya uske peeche ja rhi h. I mean thoda depth me sochenge to hum sabko samjh aega.
