Here’s the thing, though… And I love body positivity, so don’t read this as shaming… She was on here comes the big girls last year and was picked for the troop… And she seems to of gained a good 40 pounds since last year… Look it up. It’s not about shaming people for gaining weight… She is a professional entertainer with costumes and fittings and thousands of dollars worth of materials and you have to maintain that. It happened after Covid on Broadway where a lot of actors got replaced when the shows open back up because they no longer fit into the costumes. My weight has fluctuated 100lbs my whole life. I also got my degree in acting though. I understand that it’s part of my job to maintain close to what I weighed when I book it. There are much bigger girls who are back up dancers for Lizzo. It seems weird to body shame someone who is smaller than half of the team… Still keeping an open mind while this unfolds I just needed to point this out.

They didn't really get into the sexual harassment allegations in this short interview. What I read in an article was that Lizzo invited them to a club, which they found out when they got there was a sex club. Then she pressured them into touching the naked dancers and they were very uncomfortable with the whole thing but didn't feel like they could say no because she was their boss. So it wasn't, as you described, having to dance sexually suggestive choreo in their performances with her.

I think dancing professionally for 7 years is actually a long time because dancers have short careers. They want young people in their twenties who are energetic and can handle the physical challenges that a Concert Show requires. They generally are not hiring dancers in their thirties. Look at Kevin Federline. He had a very short career as a dancer and now he is fat and lazy. He just lives off of Britney's MONEY.

If your boss did to you what Lizzo did to her employees and you reported him/her to Human Resources and you were not believed you would be singing a different tune. And if other women on your job came together to give credence to your allegations against your boss they would be believed. And if you were terminated out of retaliation by your boss you would file a civil suit for wrongful termination based on bullying, sexual harassment and your employer creating an hostile workplace environment. And that is why protections are in place in all workplace environments except the entertainment industry. And that is why there are unions to protect employees from this type of abuse of power from their bosses. The entertainment industry for hundreds of years has been plagued by issues of bullying and sexual harassment of women especially women new to the industry. Lizzo has money but there are millions of other corporate giants that have way more money than Lizzo could ever dream of. And those corporate giants have thousands of employees who are protected against this type of harassment. Lizzo is a small fish in the ocean of wealthy people who run major corporations but she has a huge ego. And those CEO's have protections against bulling, sexual harassment, racial discrimination, gender discrimination etc. It isn't about a "vibe." It is about being able to go to work without being bullied and harassed by your employer. Anhd Mj did not hang out with his employees. That is not what got him in trouble. He shared a bed hundreds of times with little boys when he had a mansion where those kids could have slept. And the woman who did Cardi B's make up is believable because Cardi B is known to be a hood rat who started out as a prostitute and a stripper. And just because these two women were new to Lizzo's company does not mean that they were not trained professional dancers. Like any other job they had to submit a resume, prior work experience, references, schooling etc. They did not get picked out of a hat.
