As a short rider 28" inseam... this video was Awesome!

I had already ordered the parts before watching this video. I watched the video and installed the parts and an adjustable kickstand in about an hour. I can put both feet flat now I have a 28" inseam. I have a KTM also that is 36" high from the seat to the ground. I am going to see what I can do with that one now. I can tell I probably will not have the clearance and it may bottom out but I am 62 and my jumping and flying high days are over now anyway!

Can 5’2” person’s feet will touch the floor after adjusting?

I made my own lowering links non adjustable perfect except the shock is too soft & bottoms out I can't loosen to ajust it so some how I have to take the whole shock off to ajust it.

Thanks for the video. Does your mod change the suspension travel? Seems like it might. Also, I believe it will change the progressive nature of the spring rate. The reason a link suspension is used, as opposed to a straight spring/s, is to provide a progressively stiffer spring as it's compressed, so you bottom out less. The linkage is designed by Yamaha to provide a calculated spring rate and progression. Changing the link length alters the behavior of your suspension. Not saying it's a bad thing, For your weight and riding conditions it may make it better or worse. I don't know enough about how to calculate the exact change that would occur when you do this mod.

Is it possible to increase the height as well? Or stock height is the maximum you can go?

Hi, did you readjust the sag on your rear shock? I believe increasing the lower link length over the stock length, reduces the linkage ratio so that your rear sag will increase over the stock recommendation. Also, did the tension on your chain change after installing this?

So how much lower was it after the mod? You didn't do a tape measure after shot
