@@FIL1994 am with u on that bro, it was such a very competitively tough era with many high pedigree teams that wouldn't take it lying down, was full of so much excitement, so many highly skilled talented players, the unpredictability, soccer kept so many on their toes, the atmosphere & circumstances were crazy, n to win the treble that way, mehn..it was so incredibly unbelievable, till the last stroke 😁💪🏽

And Bayern missed their main striker Elber and Lizarazu. I honestly believe that with all the quality both Keane and Scholes had, Bayern missed their players more. After that game in '99 I think United and Bayern during that era faced each other atleast four times and in 2001 for example when Bayern won the CL, United with Scholes and Keane lost home and away whereas Bayern didn't loose to them one during that period after '99.

This video was probably made by a United fan lol 'Icomparable' maybe in England because no other english team has done it but if we're talking about football in general ? Not a chance. There are literally even clubs like Barça and Bayern who, unlike United, won the treble TWICE ! And in all four occasions they won it UNRIVALED meaning, no other team in that season came close to them as soon as they hit the ground running. United treble was often times more dependant on luck than quality even in the latter stages of the season.

I’m not arguing they were the greatest team, Barcelona, Bayern treble were clearly better teams but it’s because of the luck you discussed is what makes this Man Utd treble so memorable, dramatic. Barca and Bayern treble were mostly easy and they cruised to the trophies so yes they were the better team but sometimes in Football, it’s better more exciting and memorable to win a match 3-2 instead of a dominating 3-0. No one remembers the 3-0

It’s the circumstance in how they won it which was my main point of the video. The PL came on the final day after going 1 goal down to Tottenham. The FA cup final was an easy win but the Semi Final was a classic comeback win and the CL final once again was the craziest comeback. This is why their Treble stands above Munich’s Treble or Barca’s treble.
