This is a negligence on the part of the guy, we even go as far as inviting our clients to our office just to prepare them for their interviews. Using an agent's email address in place of the client is totally unacceptable, what we do is, put the client's email address and copy us.

But do you know that some clients are very ignorant, when they submit their documents to us for processing, they don't do follow up, and this is bad. Even when we place a call across to them to get some vital informations from them, they end up getting angry 😅 some go as far as asking "why do you need a picture of me and my husband"?😂😂 they become very furious, but they refuse to understand that these are part of their home ties 😂

So informative, please noxa if someone request GCMS note by he/her self, how long dose it normally takes before it comes out? And secondly is it better for someone to request the GCMS not by himself or true immigration lawyer, and if it's better true immigration lawyer how do I find one since the person is in Nigeria? Thanks
