Why Marvel is Fun at Every Level

Marvel is an amazing game that holds a special place in my heart and many others. It happened to be a magical mix of things that makes it extremely fun. This set is a set I always love going back to because it makes me remember why I enjoy the game so much. This is a more personal project and excited to share it with you.

Marvel 3 is great because it's ALL about player expression and how YOU want to play the game. No two players play the same, and anything goes. When a big body team can win EVO, that says lots about the game's variety. Even though Morridoom and Zero May Cry will always be prevalent, you can play anyone you want, how you want. It's gorgeous.

Yup it all comes down to who pilots those characters, especially nowadays where there’s a lot of players playing and perfecting low to mid tier characters. One being Spider-Man who was always pretty good but now he’s being perfected and his damage and combos are insane. Lilmonix3, Poisonhound, and Oneheroes make him real fun to watch.

From what I've been told as a Spider-Man beginner, OneHeroes relies on a lot of Spider-Man resets. Only thing is I dunno if that truly matters.

Is it me or is there just a resurgent in umvc3 , I feel like with all the releases taking so long to come out, we just had to go back to an old classic, a game with the hypest personalities and the best character design

Thanks for sharing that set. Saw the full thing and it's absolutely hilarious seeing the scrambles and the commentary is great! Mahvel's a ton of fun even if you're dropping combos left and right (which I'm certainly guilty of).

I hate MvC. It's like a fighting game secret language that is impossible to parse unless you know a lot about how it works.

I would say "Skill issue" but... Not only is this video a breakdown that helps teach you if you are open to learning... but i was able to enjoy the game even if i made the wrong assumptions on how things worked.

That became a huge problem once they started pushing Marvel out of the top EVO games and trying to deemhasize it for sleep fighter 5 and marvel infinite. It seems like the top guys had less motivation to play and the guys left drop too much even while winning. Which is sad because we now know just how versatile Marvel 3 is and how a huge portion of the cast can win
