Kind of crazy to think the Nuggets gave this guy a big ass contract knowing he had serious injury problems yet, it all worked out. Porter played his ass off with limited movement. Perfect player for Jokic. Hopefully Porter gets healthier and goes on to have a great career as a great role player
@eliyarrows2456
@eliyarrows2456 Жыл бұрын
He’s already a great role player and one of the best shooters in the league, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him in an all star game at some point in his career. If he’s averaging like 24ppg on the 1 seeded nuggets he might make it, remember the warriors had 4 all stars at one point because they were the best record and one of them was draymond with 6/6/7 as his averages.

That's some real shit tho. When you get an injury when you're young and notice you might not ever be able to do this again is severely depressing. I injured my back and slipped my discs years ago. And I'm always like if this didn't happen I could still be doing that and this. It really hinders your thoughts and what your true capabilities are inside.

This was my top-rated player going into that draft. I had him #1, Luka #2, and I liked Ayton #3 but I thought the back-to-the-basket big man was dead in the NBA. Someone should really give Ayton the ball on his own team. He was one of the best low-post scorers I had ever seen. Jokic proves the post is not dead so go ahead and let Ayton eat. Porter is like Grant Hill but he never got the chance to show that he would have been one of the greats.
