Hi Ishara, you posted this video just on time. (Please take a minute to read this long messages 😢) Don't know if you remember but I once mentioned I have applied for Mohawk College for the same program as you. I am facing an issue with my application right now. Hope you can help me out with this. I already received the letter of admission, but I did not pay the initial tuition fee deposit of 2200 CAD because my offer letter was a conditional one and my agent said we can apply for an extension for the fee payment. It has been close to two weeks since I requested for the extension but the college did not send me any email mentioning it was approved. When I sent an email to the college they told me I can still pay the fee but they cannot guarantee the seat for me. Also they have not mentioned whether the extension was approved or not. I've been trying to contact the international department many times but they are not answering the calls. Right now I am under a lot of stress whether to pay or not as I am not sure if I can get a refund in case I couldn't reserve a seat. I'm sorry for mentioning these details here I am not trying to say it's the college's fault. But since I know you could give me some support, at least a contact number that I can call I thought to send it here. According to your knowledge am I too late to pay and reserve my seat? If so do you suggest waiting till the next semester? Also are there other ways to contact the college admissions team other than email and the contact info given in the offer letter. Please help me out to sort this issue 🙏 I'll be really grateful 🥺
