Yea, indeed, got me thinking about my own fear of “committing” to what was written down as I set my intentions. Right now I am not clear enough and rather vague out of fear that I have to be what I wrote down. I Know that, that is usually never the case but haven’t lived enough to experience that! The journey towards self mastery continues!

Yup, I started my company and clarity is something I was blessed with early on in my career, which has let me focus and be effective with my time and effort. Clarity and letting the work take care of you is a great combination.

During the last market shift, I saw my colleagues getting their ass kicked really struggling to work with their sellers. Finally, some of them ended up having their listings canceled. In my first year in the business, I had 3 listings at once and all my sellers wanted to murder me because I was asking them to lower our price due to the interest rates spike... While I was reading your book, I read your story about the time that you saved a deal because you reminded the seller of their motivation to sell and that even though they weren't getting what they expected, they were getting a good offer in the scheme of things... YOU SAVED ME Ryan... When I read that story, I put the book away and I started calling all my sellers to discuss their motivation... It worked like freaking MAGIC... Long story short, I had a candid moment with each one of them, we lowered the price and I sold all my listings. I do not know what would have happened if I didn't read that story... All I gotta say is that I am extremely grateful for everything that you put out there Ryan... You're creating a real estate monster who is in his way to become the next top agent in the San Francisco Bay Area. Thank you 🏡😎

Got home paid off, auto paid off, gold, silver, crypto (on cold wallet storage), credit cards paid off, cash for emergencies, solar backup supply food, water, and most of all, Jesus ..and many priests on the batline. My husband and I have been working on attaining an existing business. Was familiar with the name but have never consumed any content from Ryan Serhant before I saw a video on my KZfaq home page and this dude is legit. The messages are clear, impactful and actionable and this message on clarity hit home as I am working on getting a promotion and have felt overwhelmed, which has put me in a state of inaction. So much inspiration and yes I self work hard of my gameplan of my Photography buissiness, slow but forward not to fast but in 2024 Im gonna be the ONE with a camera that can choose freely of what to do and just take the session that I realy wants.
