Taxes are not what I would call low and should have taken care of the traffic issue years ago but the City is a joke with their red tape to get anything done. The traffic is absolutely ridiculous. One way in and out of Granbury and it's 377.

@@tomstexasrealty You haven't been in Granbury long. The traffic has been bad for going on 2 decades now and nothing was ever done about it until now where you can't get anywhere.

Seems like the prices overall in Granbury are more expensive than two-three years ago. Obviously, but shucks, even quant small towns are the safe from price hikes 😂

Wow. I left cute Granbury 10 years ago. Now it is a suburb. Way to developers. Soon everywhere will look the same. Take away all of the History and Caracter. Sameness for everyone that can afford it.😢

They do a good job with the square but I could see Granbury being a lot like Rockwall in another 10-20 years.
