O2 sensor is taga sense lang ng afr para magsend ng info sa ecu tapos magkakaroon ng idea si driver na “oh rich na pala yung mixture”. Remap or tuning ang magdidikta ng takaw o tipid sa gas. Hindi si muffler at o2 sensor.

kaya nga sinabi nyang ideal magpa reprogram kapag nagpalit ng muffler, tsaka may effect talaga sa makina yung o2 sensor hindi lang basta para mag bigay ng info sa driver lol, and so anong gusto mong gawin ng driver kung bigyan sya ng o2 sensor ng info na "oy ang rich ng mixture mo" ano iaadjust ng driver? lahat ba ng driver marunong sa sasakyan, eh malamang programmed sa ecu yung dapat gawin kapag rich ang mixture at si ecu na yung kusang kikilos to fix that

Good afternoon. Ask ko lang sana. Nasira yung muffler ko and walang original OEM muffler available. Pumunta ako sa shop and they have an available one. Pero my car is Nissan Sylphy 2016 (1.6 CVT) and ung available is for Vios 1.3. Na replace naman. Wala din naman red indicator. Works ok, pero ma feel ko parang may pressure and bigger sound sa exhaust if nag increase akong RPM. Im ok naman, but concern lang ako baka it will affect my engine. Ok lang kaya ung temporary replacement ko while waiting for the original one. Thank you sa maka answer.

correct me if im wrong alam ko na hagip na sensor yung takbo ng hangin bago pa sa muffler so it means same reading parin siya. nagkakatalo nalang siguro sa duluhan ng takbo dirediretso nalang yung baga wala ng resistance

Bosing, For my wigo 2014 model I modified partially my exhaust system at the muffler level only but the resonator is still stock and no deletion. Does it need to be remaped? Thank you❤

Same issue ko ngayon to sa 94 accord ko, di pa kasi napapalitan ng programmable. Masyadong rich. Bukod sa naka headers at muffler, ph20 ang block pero pang stock na ph22 ang computer box - nag upgrade lang kasi ng head, dating non-vtec sya pinalitan lang head ng vtec na jdm f22. Nag-iipon pa kasi ako para sa p27 programmable. Minsan bigla nalang pumuputok ng malakas yung tambutso dahil rich, astig din kahit papano hehe. But still - Sto. Tomas Batangas to Gen Tri Cavite 2-way trip, nagkasya ang 1k gas (91). January 2024 gas prices to.

Ni research niyo po meaning ng o2 sensor. Ang nakalagay na gamit Lang ng o2 sensor is para ma identify Kung rich or lean Ang fuel mixture.. pag ka labas palang ng burned gas sa exhaust valve Ang susunod headers Kung saan naka kabit Ang o2 sensor, anong kinalaman ng resistance ng muffler??? Hindi ba Ang muffler sa pinaka dulong part. Baka you mean pressure??? If pressure nga Yung tinutukoy mo na resistance. Baka iBang sensor na Yan. Or baka Yung o2 sensor mo naka kabit mismo sa muffler. Kasi ratio of fuel to air Lang naka lagay na gamit ng o2 sensor.. baka naiba na. Kung Yung ratio Naman Ang ibig niyo sabihin. Believe me iBang topic na po Yun.

bernoulli's principle yan increase in velocity leads to an decrease in pressure. Vice versa So kung free flow yun baba pressure bibilis yung speed ng exhaust mo. Kelangan mo pa tune kung magpapalit ka exhaust.

Kahit wala pang o2 sensor noon basta magpalit ka ng open o straight pipe basta walang resistance matakaw talaga. Kahit magpalit ka pa ng malaking carb o dagdagan mo pa supply ng gas mo kung ang exhaust mo singliit e trudis liit masasakal lang ang makina kasi walang lalabasan kaya ang resulta palyado kasi hindi bagay ang in tsaka out.

dun napasok ang remap if ever maging lean or miscalculated yung o2 sensor. Then if ever gusto mo makatipid ng gas, may tune rin para dun.

Sir vios 2017 po yung sasakyan ng papa ko tapos nag palit siya ng muffler na hks. Totoo nga malakas siya sa gasolina tapos gusto sana namin e balik yung resistance kahit hindi lang yung muffler, malakas parin ba siya sa gas kahit e babalik lang yung resistance? At naka stay lang po yung hks muffler...

This is true may overlap. Pero HINDI lahat ng engine may overlap. Ginagawa ito ng ibang manufacturers to introduce fresh air to the exhaust para maka pasa sa emission standards i.e. Euro 4. Pero sa engines na may overlap, Lumalakas ang Vacuum o Manifold pressure dahil lesser ang back pressure ng open exhaust. Nahihigop ng Exhaust yung Intake while nasa overlap. More air nadedetect ito ng map/maf sensor at ng 02 sensor kaya nag a.add siya ng fuel. kaya more fuel consumption. (Case to case basis pa rin.)

Diba ang sensor before the muffler so technically speaking hindi na hagip ng sensor dun sa intake ng muffler, just like you said the stock muffler is just like a silencer
