2:03 The spike is for consistency. See, nintendo always makes sure to put spikes on an enemy to indicate that it cant be jumped on, so thats whats happening here.

The only thing you should be complaining about is finishing the game. All of these complaints are unreasonable in my opinion. For example, the gap in the slope. Like are you serious? Who even notices that? Did you like spend a few hours on each block finding one imperfection?

I’ve got some things to say about this video. What’s wrong with not being able to turn the Switch Palaces off? Also, you can activate hard mode after collecting all 384 Star Coins which makes Mario die any time he takes damage. Plus, the time limit is stricter. All levels give you 250 seconds there except for Underground Railroad and Eruption Crater. When you get to the second part of the final boss, you get 250 seconds again. Also, why can’t you pronounce “cemetery”?

At first i thought you were just going to be really salty and a dick head about that game but i got to admit i love the game and i honestly do agree with a lot of what you said. Your video gives me a cinemasins vide. But dispite the problems. I think its the greatest mario bros game made. and it wasn't even nintendo that made it. Yes I also hate auto scroll levels. The only time I can forgive them is if something dangerous is coming closer like the poison gas in a volcano level or and elevator level.
