I used to use them, but now having sensitive skin I worry because, as with so many products out there, they add fragrance which can cause problems. They don't seem to have fragrance free and their website doesn't specify if they use natural fragrances/essential oils only.

Hello Angela, new friend from Norway here. 😊 For many many years i have used their almond shower oil. The oil I use as parfyme, as i love light sents. I have The hand Cream once in a while. I used the shower scrub, and I liked it, but I tend to like products that are in a closed system, so I did not purchase this one. Love your videos, and the French corner is a pleasent visit! 🌷

Yay for L’Occitaine! I love the brand. Readily available in the U.S. Their boutiques are wonderful. Hair products, skin care, and fragrances are all great!! When ordering on-line, the packaging is very classy. I highly recommend this brand!!🌺🌻🤗

Absolutely love L'Occitane. I use the facial cleansing oil prior to my cleanser and it really makes a difference. The entire almonde line is fantastic - the shower oil, body cream and oil are staples. I will try the hair products after seeing this. Thanks!

I have loved L'Occitane for at least 10 years! The Almond Shower Oil feels and smells amazing. I have the hand creams all over the house and in my purse. The Verbena line is perfect in the summer. The Immortelle foaming face wash works beautifully as a gentle cleanse. I appreciate how many products have refills available so I'm not accumulating more plastic. So glad you devoted an entire post to them, Angela!

I use the Almond shower gel daily, & almond oil after I shower. I love the how soft it makes my skin. It really is an underrated brand not many talk about. But I’ve been using them forever. Thank you Angela for reviewing the many products from the company!! 😊❤️

I totally agree with you! L'occitane is truly a wonderful brand and the best kept secret. They have quality products and I love their scents. I have used them since their store came to our city in the USA (around 1998). I bought my sister and niece a L'occitane Christmas Advent Calendar last year and they wondered why I never mentioned this brand before. They loved all the products.

I absolutely LOVE L'Occitane. It feels like one of the best kept secrets in beauty! Why do more people not know about how good their moisturisers are?! They feel so natural and very moisturising without being at all oily! Love!

What a fantastic video! I purchased the hair serum because you recommended it in one of your previous videos and I love it. It smells amazing and makes my hair very soft and luxuriously shiny. It is available in Canada, too. They have stores in malls. I tried their hand cream once. Don't remember the name, but it came in a blue tube. I enjoyed using it.

The almond shower oil is a game changer. My skin is incredibly dry. When I shower with this my skin feels hydrated and I don't really have to put on much lotion. I can't wait to order the products you have recommended, one at a time. I'm especially intrigued about the hair products because you are correct about l'oreal. So many of their products contain silicone and make my hair feel heavy. I'm intrigued by how you describe these products as making your hair feel healthy without weighing it down with silicones. I think the shampoo and conditioner will be my next purchase. Thank you!

I have been using L’occitane products for a long time, so I was really happy to see their products on your channel recently. 😄👍🏻 In Korea, K-Pop star Ahn, Yujin(she is in a girl group called Ive) is their spokesperson. I've tried several of the body care items - love them, especially the almond scented ones. I recently purchased the nail and cuticle oil and keep that at my desk and try to apply that several times a day. I "need" to look into the skin care items!

Hi lovely and thank you so much for watching my videos! ❤ The reason why I don't post links for Europe is because each European country have their own retailers so I couldn't possibly link to each EU country. I tried posting links in the past to international retailers such as niche beauty, net a porter, cult beauty that deliver to most European countries but none of my European followers used those links. I fully understand that because every European country have their own cosmetic stores which offer the best deals and the fastest delivery. So that's why I stopped posting such links. It takes quite a lot of time to create the links and if no one uses them, it's useless for me as well. xoxo

What I suggest is you could put a link of the website of l'occitane with the product mentioned in your video so we can go and have a look then it's up to us to either order from the website or go to a retailer. In this case its easy because its a French, meaning European brand with prices in € and so on. It will definitely help us read and know more about the specific products your are talking about. I have tried their shampoo during one of my trips to France and I confirm that it is fantastic! Just like you said, not your typical shampoo but it works to strengthen the hair. What a wonderful video, Angela. I first visited a L'Occitane store when I was visiting Banff, Alberta, CA . Between my daughter and I we managed to fill two of the big bags with products and just loved everything. I know this video is older but would you happen to remember what you have on your eyes? I looked in the information bar but you don't have the makeup on your face listed. I know it is crazy to ask you to remember something that long ago but wondered if you looked at it if you would remember what it is. Thank you and I am continuing to binge watch your older videos. I love L’Occitane products also! The hand creams were my introduction to the brand…their almond scent really is just lovely, and I enjoy using the lavender hand cream before bed. I find the Immortelle Divine cream ideal for winter use. I will try the matching serum based on your recommendation. Thank you for showing all the product textures! I have used L’Occitane since 2020 lock down. I wanted some nice hand cream and lip balm. I purchased the original scent in the hand cream and fell I love. It is the only parfumed item I use. The lip balm is Devine. Shea butter is my favorite ingredient.I carry both in my little everyday Baggellini purse. Growing up we had a little shop if L’Occitane at the local shopping area. My mom went there every month to by hand cream and scents. I loved it and remember thinking I can’t wait until I’m grown up and can shop here myself. ❤

This was lovely Angela. Yes I’m quite familiar with this brand and I love all the things you do for the same reasons. Having completed your course last year, I was very interested to hear that you found the eye cream similar in effect to the Sisley one. That’s quite exciting given the price of the latter! You have reawakened my interest in this brand. I shall have to go back and have another look. I never even knew they offered hair care. Perhaps I’ll try that and use your tips to adjust for use on short hair. Thanks again for your hard work.

Hi Maddy! :) L'Occitane have small sizes of most products or if you have a store near you, you can ask them for a sample. I find it's quite similar to the Sisley black Rose. I also like La Roche Posay's Toleriane eye cream. I found it to be very effective on my fine lines under my eyes. Also it helps to calm any irritation. You can try that one too. I had a few people who messaged me and said they found it to be very effective too. So it's not just me. xoxo

L'occitane together with Clarins are my favorite brands. They used to make this myrtle flower perfume that everybody complimented me on and nobody recognized, it was very unique and beautiful, wish they brought it back. I love most of their products, especially the night reset serum. They also make great brightening spf 50, have you tried it? It gives a beautiful glow.

I use a lot of L’Occitane products. I didn’t realise I did. Lair-en-Huille to take off makeup/sunscreen, mousse en gel or the Immortelle mousse face wash. Immortelle enriched water or Micelar water. Almond shower oil, in general many other shower gels, almond body scrub. Liquid soaps. Perfum - Neroli & Orchidee Intense. I still have of the older ones - Amber and the Vervainne with Mint. Immortelle reset night serum. I used to use the immortelle day cream, however, I have changed my routine to include more actives and no longer use it as much. I will use it when I am doing a 1 step routine only (ie I do my usual routine in the morning, then go running in the middle of the day, wash, apply this cream, then do my night routine in the evening). So, seems like I am a big fan :)

ahhhh l'Occitane..... Back in the 90s, at university in Lyon, we all used to have the small pot of shea butter in our pencil pouches. And using it on the lips mainly. And the hands. L'occitane hand creams are also a stapple in our french bathrooms, handbags etc...

I know in the US, their hair products are formulated with (Sodium Laurel Sulfate) SLS which is a carcinogen. I recommend Lenor Greyl, they are exceptional products.

I'd love to know what you think of Avene's reformulations, they get a lot of bad reviews. Personally I can't stand when a brand changes a great product and then it affects your skin badly. It's such a shame. Also La Roche Posay has also reformulated some as well. Love your channel! xx

Angela, I know you are nowhere near this age, but would you ever consider doing make up recommendations for those of us who are over 50, and even almost 60? That would be me! I do have sensitive skin, but I’m looking for a very light coverage Glowy tinted moisturizer or really light foundation that I could just wear it’s almost like a primer and Glowy all in one? I feel very overwhelmed in the make up world. There are just way too many choices! Any help would be amazing, thank you!

I used to like their bubble bath, but it is made with sulfates, which wreck havoc on my skin, so I had to stop.

I have to stay far away from this brand. I'm allergic to nuts an most of there product contain almond oil.
