i used to play noc like u too.. but it wont work without proper teammates so i go for lots of ad/hp items and try to give kills .. i won 90% last 16 games so far in plat1-emerald 1

U can build anything now with the removal of mythics, espeically on noc where his build is very comp dependant. Their team was cc heavy/shield heavy and all squishys (apart from that tf abomination build), which isn't sth u see often.

league is going downhill because of the items now its better to play supp champs as adc rather than marksman as adcs because of how weak they are now and in the late game everything one shots you they could balanced it like every role has specific shop items or buff the crit items i think
