Noelle is just an all in one character and she can carry you through early and mid game to get to late game. Certainly the one character to focus on before you get resources for others.

I often see this mistake being done with Noelle and Whiteblind... Stack your whiteblind first before using her burst, otherwise you are loosing additional ATK from the defense conversion. The conversion is applied only upon casting the burst, not during it's duration! (ref 3:58)

It’s kind of unfortunate that her main damage is locked behind 6 constellations. Noelle is a powerhouse when built properly and I feel like most people would appreciate her more if she didn’t need constellations to be “good”

Treat Noelle right, she will treat you right. I am AR 40 and she is still my "Bully" DPS, cause she hit stuns most enemies when attacking them. Only boss's and BIG mobs ignore this. Enjoy using, whom i am claiming as my Waifu, and keep "Ripping and tearing" with our adorable maid. :D

I like Noelle as shes a good utility character that can handle almost anything. Best of all she makes quick work of the enemies carrying shields.

Nothing beats favonius greatsword when it comes to charging noelle and the entire team. Try it out I am certain that you wont regret upgrading it especially if u have it at r5, 18 energy will be given to the entire team every 6 seconds

i got a c5 noelle back in october when i first started the game, from the free banner. I have been main noelle ever since. I have been saving my starglitter and checking the shop every rotation to get the c6, since she was never on the banner and my luck was not that great with the pulls that gave chars other than the rate ups. FINALLY, they have her on ganyu banner. All the luck i have been accumulating must have bursted because i finally got her yesterday. And today, i pulled her again. And then i pulled ganyu right after! FFS, it was on 30th pull or something after last 5 star pull. I'm so happy today lol.

This is one thing alot of people don't address when they build Noelle or when say say Skyward, Wolf's Gravestone is best for Noelle that you need to build her different compare to Whiteblind. Whiteblind - 4pcs Bolide - DEF/Geo/Crit Skyward - 2 Petra 2 Bloodstained - DEF/Physical Bonus/Crit Wolf's - 4 Gladiator or 2 Petra 2 Gladiator - ATK/Geo/Crit Lots of people build her Bolide and use Skyward but the damage is lower than Whiteblind and then there's people who build her 4 Gladiator, stack ATK and use Whiteblind then complain afterwards, like bro build defense ffs. Great guide to Noelle btw

I recently got C4 Noelle from the Ganyu banner and am running her with Geo MC, Zhongli, and Fischl. While it might seem overkill, MC's energy generation is good enough to get ults consistently and Zhong's pillar gives decent geo energy with MC's ult while Noelle uses sweeping time.

Is it fine to use the 4 Bolide set with Skyward Pride? Since like you said, don’t wanna rely too much on 8 hits, also with high ATK and ER secondary stat, it helps with the 100% uptime, where you’d be doing mostly geo damage anyway :O Great video btw!’ Saved and subbed

I personally think that it's better to build her as an all purpose character instead of just focusing on one roll, because she can heal rather well without a Maiden's set anyway. If you're C1 your ult heals every swing, outside of her ult her heal rate also is a lot better when spinning because of how many more hits you get off quickly. If you want to focus her into one roll though, Maiden's would work yeah.

Hi! I wish to use Bolide set, will Sacrificial Greatsword R4 work on her? She's also C6. It has ER stat like Skyward too, how well will it work?

Sacrificial is more of a support weapon and doesn't really help too much if you're running a DPS Noelle. If you're running support Noelle though it's great since you and your team will have more barriers to work with.

I have a question , i've playing this game for almost 2 weeks and i do have whiteblind but if i went with the bell instead would it be that better or worse if i continue on doing that? Im speaking about the sword I've been using on Noelle (the sword it's level 50 with refinement rank 2 and noelle level 40 in case you might want to help me a bit; i know i am responding to this video 3 months later but I'm new to the game)

Me not getting Ganyu nor Xinqiu con but got C6 Noelle so I'm binging all of the Noelle content available lol now I only lack resource to lvl her up and lvl my whiteblind as I got very lucky with Bolide set, lot of crit rate and dmg with def % dayum edit: and yes I'm f2p, I got Fischl and Noelle to c6, Very lucky as the rest of my chara like Xinqiu and Bennet got 0 con while other is c1 with the exception of sucrose at c3

Definitely a very solid option. If we're comparing it to R1 Skyward than Unforged sizes up well. Once the Skyward starts getting more refinements though, it leaves Unforged in the dust.

Unfortunately, I can't really say there is. Not if you're going for a DPS Noelle. Favonious is alright if you happened to roll one already, but instead of higher damage you get more ults. Archaic is alright for damage too but you probably have that on another character.

Physical damage seems to scale pretty high so building Physical on Skyward is how you get the melt potential out, especially if you have any refinements, but running Bolide with Geo gob with it won't be bad by any means.

It does make the ult do more damage because her ult does count as a normal attack, but it won't increase it anywhere near as much as def does.

I am very confuse which one to use as main DPS, Razor or Noelle since they use same leveling materials (talent book, mask, and dvalin claw). I have both at c6. Which one would you suggest ? Thank you.

I think it mainly depends on what your team is. Razor is the kind of character that wants the whole team built around him. Basically everyone else on the team should be supporting him in some way. While Noelle can be put in almost any team as long as that team can generate a good amount of energy for her. I'd give Razor the edge when it comes to consistency though, since he has his ult up basically 24/7 while Noelle relies on others to get hers.

Her ult counts as a normal attack, so Bolide does buff the damage of it like in the video. I'm not entirely sure what a minibus is though.
