Learning the science can help us be precise and empowered. It may facilitate choice in our responses and help us reprogram. Thank you for this. The instructors who i value hold the idea that we are capable of learning, period.

I wanted to share a recent success I had as a result of the 21-day program. It’s been really slow going for me with that program because it brought up so much for me to simply orient. Nonetheless, I have been practicing orienting as much as possible.

Thank you! This video guided me through a situation where I experience tonic immobility. I re-enacted a situation in a safe environment where I feel unsafe and I became aware of a need to cry. I let those feelings come up and my throat got locked up. I touched my throat and acknowledged it and it relaxed. I looked around the room and spotted my bouquet. Words, appropriate words came to mind and I spoke them. “This has always been my safe work place and you are making it unsafe.” I hope these words will be enough to change a situation.

I completely agree with this. I think you explained really well why understanding the science can really open the doors to trusting the process, so we can heal. This was a big factor in my healing my insomnia years ago. Thank you for opening the door for others to heal.

Yes this is such a good video! My current practitioner (she does SE& NARM with me) always explains everything to me so I know why stuff happens and why it makes sense en that what my body does is a normal reaction etc. It helps me so much gives me a big sense of relief; I know that I’m NOT going crazy!

Thanks again, Irene. Not sure if you have done a video on this before?? Could you please do a non-dumbed-down, in-depth video on the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)?
