Hello there! I've always been a fan of Redout 2, but it came with a lot of concessions before. With the latest patch, all of that is gone, and there's a genuinely good and exhilerating game to be played here.

I got it for free on epic and I’m since then playing it non stop on my Steam Deck after work. It’s so good!

Both games are excellent and have their own merits. It's worth the shot to try it again, especially with the influx of new players we're already seeing.

big ups 🙏 I agree, and I hope the game sees more players. the devs came back when we all though it was over. The fact that they went and rescue it from the claws of saber entertainment its short of amazing.

Thanks! Best way we can get more players is to spread the word around, and/or pray the KZfaq algorithm blesses this video. I hope this is just the beginning for Redout 2's rebirth

I think one of the biggest things keeping me from diving back is the shader compilation stutters. Blame Unreal Engine 4 for that one, but I so so so wish that there was a pre-compilation phase just so there's no stutters / microstutters across the tracks. Oh.... and Ixion can go jump into a lake of lava, hahahhaa. I keep bouncing off of that levle!

@@malakaithedemigodnope. I have Ryzen 9 5000 series and Rtx 3080. Look up Shader compilation unreal 4. It's a known engine issue

@@malakaithedemigod Shader compilation has absolutely nothing to do with GPU, you just need to play each track once or twice and the stutters subside, until you update your gpu driver....
