Future tip for Penske rentals.... you can have a Penske rental up to 4 hrs of the next day before it’s considered/charged another day rental .... so return the rental the next morning before Penske has been open longer than 4 hrs for that day....

This channel is the best. Ive been living in Miami for the last 20 some years, but I came from Coatesville. So as soon as I started watching the srk cycles stuff and saw the land and heard the voices, I was like man these guys are in PA. I used to have a Yamaha Warrior 1700 but sold it years ago and always regretted getting rid of that bike. Watching this video and hearing you guys talk about the Warrior you picked up, made me want another one so bad I went out and bought one Monday. Found a single owner 2004 with 3,400 miles on it. Love these bikes, keep up the good work I really enjoy watching your Chanel.

The exact same thing happened to me hauling used tires from KC to north Missouri in a 24 foot box truck pulling a trailer with 480 tires in it. Used a come-a-long to hold the axle up for the rest of trip and return. Had my extremities real tight!

Your so lucky with the hub on the trailer problem. I couldn't believe it in small town Iowa a local guy pulled up on a Honda Ruin at a car and bike show just the other day. I was in shock and tooks a few pics. Beautiful red too and so cool.

Thanks for another good video! Bearings have long been the biggest problem with new trailers of any kind. Mfrs only packk the bearing, not the hub...soooo, within a short time the bearinggs sling the grease out! Most notorious, boat trailers, hence the greasable hub cap, a great addition on any trailer.

Couple things: Regularly check your wheel bearings. They are a maintenance item that need to be greased and occasionally repacked, especially with the salty winters of up north. You should figure out how many bikes fit into the semi fully loaded sideways, you might could have gotten away with just the big truck and not the Penske. Love the channel. Cant wait to get my first bike in a couple months

you guys bring back the itch for loving motorcycles again!! amazing how great you guys are standing behind all the bikes, even the turds!!! i live here in pen argyl pa (20 mins from allentown). i restore old bikes and have some 70s f series kaw enduros, the last one i bought didnt have a title. the guy used to work at a bike dealer in quakertown but isnt there anymore. 10 years after owning this thing a f7 175 id like to get a title for it. i have no name nor anything from the guy i bought it from years ago. could you help me to figure out how to get a title? id really appriciate it and will take all you guys out to your favorite restaraunt!!!!!

I got a trailer on the hoist to do the wheel bearing and check the brakes. There is also a way to test the power output coming to your rear brakes ( later gizmo ) things are not all what it seem..

In the interest of public safety, whenever pulling a trailer after the first couple miles get out and put your hand on the hub it if it is slightly warm no problem if it is trending towards hot you have a problem. This is the easiest way to determine a upcoming problem without tools and before a little problem becomes a big problem. If it anytime you put your hand on the hub and it burns you don’t even try to move it

next time you load the bikes sideways intoo the trailer set them turned opposite to eachother , that way the handle bars go over the seats of the bikes next to them and you can pack them in a little tighter and i think theres less chance of knocking the mirrors or fairings off under travel

Wish this wasn’t so old so you would read this. You need these things called “bearing buddies”. They auto lube up the bearings as it’s something you have to do more often than I know I wish to do. Bearing buddies.

We almost never run bikes at auction we normally keep them until they sell. This was a new thing that we are trying out. It might work out well or badly. But we will hopefully learn something

you guys have such a tall building and you only use the first 8 ft of space, you guys could have installed some industrial mezzanines with a ramp or freight elevator and double your effective area for storing bikes.

What year GT650R's and what are you guys going to be asking? Glad to see no major traffic issues. Have to add an edit, you had 10 bikes at about 500 LB each. There is 5,000 LBS the rated weight of an axle and the there is trailer weight, so you do need dual.

thanks ; you are the only one that has the right answer. Load carrying vehicles are rated per axle per weighted weight. Two axles generally can carry almost twice the weight as one axle.( generally ) That trailer is rated for a certain weight. Heh Guys read the Government required stamp on the side of the trailer.

Great Job Guys!! It looks like you've set yourself up to be one of the best de ealerships in the entire state! Way to go on the limping it home. Once you get your trailer fixed back up to work, it'll be like easy for you to really make things to go smoothly!! Btw, probably wouldn't hurt to check all the wheel bearings and regrease them if possible or install new ones all around all 4 wheels just to prevent this from rehappening again. Great Job! Keep up the great work!!

I'd if anyone said this yet. But the axle on the trailer doesn't turn. Just the wheel does on the bearing. The only time the axle turns is if it's a drive axle. Like it has power of some kind going to it to make the vehicle move.

No problem. Yeah like the other guy said to. Its always good to check your wheel bearings. & You guys can do it easily, make sure all the lug nuts on each wheel are tight then just jack up one side of the trailer & try to wiggle the wheels. They shouldn't have any wiggle to them really. A very small amount is normal on older bearings. But anymore then that, they should be replaced. Plus it's good to keep the bearings greased. Some times there's fitting to put a grease gun.

Lol, overkill on the tank straps. You should only need one to keep it up and off the ground and to keep the load on the springs. You need the 4 tires and bearings because each axle is likely rated around 3500lbs. Great road repair nonetheless!
